A year has passed since America, Mexico, and Pakistan had been trapped in their counterparts crazy world. During the year the three countries spent time together with their children and building a strong bond with each other as their bosses get started on merging a wedding. After all the crazy planning, the day came for all three to be wed. As expected, all three were nervous. Within a few minutes they would all be married. One of those panicked was Pakistan.
"Paki calm down, you'll be fiine. Besides, if any of them hurt you i'll destroy them." Afghanistan told her younger sister.
"I'm sorry I'm just not used to have a spotlight!" she blurted out quickly trying not to sweat a lot.
"What did ya expect? It is your wedding day." she replied. "Don't tell me you're going to stand them up."
"I'd never!! I rather freeze up than stand them up."
"Then why are you so nervous?! If you trust them enough to be tied to them the rest of your life then relax. You have this under control."
"Ok ok...Afghanistan?"
"Yes Pakistan?"
"I just wanted to say thank you, for coming. And for not killing America all those years ago."
"Anything to keep that smile on your face." Afghanistan smiled at her sister. In another dressing room Maria was having her fair share of troubles and poor Spain had to hear it all.
"What if everything repeats itself?! What if we get a divorce again, or worse?! What if I end up going crazy and to worse things?!? What if I hurt them?! I don't want to hurt them..." she was trying to keep the tears in. She was afraid of having history repeat itself again.
"Maria, Maria!! Remember what we discussed. Take full deep breaths."
"B-but what if goes wrong?! What if this time I actually do the unthinkable and-"
"Child breathe! Before you pass out on your wedding day!"
"I-I'm scared hermanó..."
"Aye....You're overthinking it. History will repeat if you get all worked up and paranoid. You need to be happy."
"But how can I?! After all those years... after all I've done.. Por Dios..."
"All those years are nothing but distant memories little one...They cannot hurt you."
"You sure?" Maria looked over to her brother with hopeful eyes.
"Yes, very sure. I should know, considering me being as old as I am."
"You're not that old..." Mari giggled a bit. Then she hugged Spain. "Gracias hermano...por todo."
"My pleasure... I want you to promise me something."
"What big brother?"
"Promise me you won't let your dark past get in the way of your happiness. Especially today."
"Te lo prometo. Con todo mi corazón." He smiled and kissed her on her forehead.
