No one's pov
Once again, it was another world meeting. England and France were bickering, Italy was clinging onto Germany, and Romano was trying to ignore Spain. None of them addressed the elephant in the room, however. It's been ten years now since the Mexican nation had come to a world meeting. Honestly not surprised that they didn't have the decency to care. They could always watch the news to see how she's doing anyway since she cut all contact with them. Soon all of the nations started bickering with each other. Germany was about to yell at all the nations when the door flew open. Everyone turned their eyes to the figure, all stunned. With every click of her heels, the nations grew more and more curious about her. More specifically, what she's become.
She wore a plain white shirt underneath her green military jacket, which had been modified to look more like her country's police top. She had a black belt in her midsection, her skirt being the same colored green. She wore a cap similar to her people's police hat, only it had been modified to be much more modern, with black and green. The buttons that held her cuffs and coat together where golden, with her shoulder having a patch of the Mexican Flag. Germany could have sworn that she had been someone else. Someone...from world war 2. She walked straight to the end of the table, not once her cold stare fading, or her steps becoming uneasy. She turned to them, her hair kept in a neat bun with some sort of gold decoration. Her curl wasn't even visible. No one could believe what they were seeing. Many were quiet until Frog face broke the silence.
"What angst phase are you going through now?"
"What do you mean?" Her cold voice didn't express any emotion, much like her face. Of course, everyone thought it was a phase, they thought his Nazi self-was one until they saw the damage too little too late.
"The hair, flashy makeup, the tight clothes"
"Why, it's my country's uniform. I wouldn't expect you to remember from last time since your reign over me lasted merely five years. Honestly, France were you even trying?" She grew a smirk, her eyes glowing with trouble.
"You didn't have to go there. That was uncalled for."
"Oh dear, it looks like I've offended the Frenchman. What are you going to do, slice my head off by guillotine?"
"Maria stop. This is quite unnecessary"
"So was the murder and enslavement of hundreds of Native Americans Inglaterra, yet that didn't stop you, did it?" England remained quiet, not being able to think of a comeback. "If there are no more interruptions, I would like to announce that Mexico will no longer be part of the United Nations." Immediately people began to protest.
"What the hell you mean you won't be apart of the united nations?!"
"Simple, I'm leaving the UN. I thought all of your ignorant sluts would get it. Guess not." she replied, her face serious. "I no longer have a purpose to continue coming to these useless meetings, thus I am leaving. You all clearly don't care about me anyways."
"That's crazy sis, you can't leave, that would make you our enemy!!"
"Tsk, sorry not sorry Feli." She smirked. Once again the door flew open, showing a very hurt Guatemala at the door. El Salvador and Belize immediately ran over to help him.
"My god Guatemala what happened to you?!"
"...SHE'S WHAT HAPPENED!!" He pointed at Mexico and she got up to laugh.
"My my, you can't be serious hermanito. Why would I ever harm you?" She said, her smile genuine.
"You invaded me! YOU KILLED THOUSANDS OF MY PEOPLE!!"
"I did? Whoops" she laughed, before smirking. "You should have kept your mouth shut Guama. Now I have to punish you~!" she sang, taking out a whip. She launched it at guama, whipping him pretty deep. He hissed in pain, as she kept striking him over and over. Quickly nations ran to stop her, and keep her brother away from her.
"Send her back to her home country and protect the others!" shouted Spain. The others did so without hesitating, they just wanted her gone from others that she could potentially hurt. They managed to get her out of there, as she laughed all the while. Her laugh was nothing like before, it haunted them. Once she was secured in a plane they looked at each other in horror. They wonder what happened to make their beloved Mexico change for the worst.
