New Year New Me

Camila is finally officially my girl. I'm on my way to her house so I can pick her up for the first day of the new semester. She wants us to arrive together so everyone can know that I'm off limits. She's been very possessive these last few days. I don't mind because I'm that way too. I'm pretty sure everyone knows about us already though.

After our night together Camila posted herself all over my social media. In fact I woke up with a camera in my face that day. She was on instagram live cooking us breakfast. So today was just unnecessary. I wasn't gonna complain though, because at least I have more time with Camila alone.

I parked my car and stepped up to the Cabello porch. Please anybody but Alejandro answer the door. My prayers were answered when the goddess I call my girlfriend answered the door. She jumped into my arms and gave me a long kiss.

"Well good morning to you too babygirl." I laughed once she pulled away. "My mom said if want to eat breakfast with us? She made us wait for you." I looked over her shoulder to see who was in the house.

"He's not here baby, come on eat with us please?" She added little kisses after asking the question.

"COACH LIOOOOOON!!!!" I felt Sofi hug my leg. "Are you eating with us? I already saved you the seat next to mine." She's so adorable. "Of course I am I have to make sure my CIT gets a good breakfast." She squealed and took my hand to lead me to the dining room.

Breakfast was good as fuck at my girl's house. That's all I have to say.

On the way to campus Camila had us listening to the new Ed Sheeran album because she wanted me to jam with her at the concert. I lowkey fuck with his music but I'll never admit that. When we stepped out of my car all eyes were on us. Camila tried holding my hand, but my hands were kinda sweaty so I pulled away. She looked confused until I slung my arm over her shoulder. "I'm sweaty babe." She rolled her eyes and interlaced her hand with mine so we were holding hands and hugging at the same time.

We were 'one of those couples' I didn't care though I wanted everyone to know she was mine.

We got to the entrance only to be greeted by Gomez.

"Hello Gonzalez, As your new assistant Headmistress I feel compelled to remind you that the leather jacket you're wearing isn't apart of the dresscode." I rolled my eyes and was about to make a comeback when I felt Camila pull my arm the other way. "Sorry about that Ms. Gomez she'll put it away right baby?"

I took a deep breath before speaking. "Right love. Excuse me while I go leave it in my car."

Alright y/n calm down, don't let her get to you she just wants a reaction. She isn't gonna get one though.

While I was in my car I noticed Camila had left her bags in my car. I picked them up and went all the way back to the entrance.

"You're late y/n that's detention." Really? Really?

"But I was already here, you just made me go back to leave my jacket."

" Things are gonna change around here now. There is no excuse for being late." Who the fuck pissed in her cereal.

"Well you know what Gomez..."

"Hi baby." Lovato came up to us interrupting. "Good morning Ms.Gonzalez is there a reason you're still outside?

Lovato has a soft spot for Camila and I was gonna use it to my advantage.

"Yea sorry, um Camila left her bags in my car and I told her I would get them so she wouldn't be late." I held the pink bags up to show her.

"Alright I'll let you slide now get to class." She said handing me a pass out of her pocket. I nodded and gave both of them my signature smirk. "Thank you, have a good day Headmistress Lovato. You too Gomez."

By the look on her face I could tell she was pissed off. So round one goes to me. I got one of her passes too nobody ever questions those. Might as well take my time to get to class now. I dropped off Camila's bags and mine as well. I was even tempted to grab my other leather jacket from my closet and put it back on just to spite Gomez but I held off. I strolled into my first class and did my work. Even though I had Camila in there I still focused on the work only stealing a quick kiss while the teacher was turned around.

When class ended she asked why I was so late and I told her that I ran into Daniel and we talked. And that I put her bags in her room. She gave me a thank you kiss and we went to our second class. I didn't wanna tell her that I almost got into it with Gomez, because she doesn't need that stress. During second period I did my work all the way. Math has always been a bitch to me too. I ended up copying Camila on some answers.

I convinced her to skip homeroom so we could get a quickie in and she actually went along with my plan. Needless to say we were both late to biology. The only class where we actually have assigned seats. Camila went off with Ariana and I went off with Victoria. The whole time Victoria was telling me how good she was with her mouth and how she was the prettiest girl in school. All while pawing at my arm. I could tell Camila was pissed, so I decided to pull her out of her misery and tell the teacher to please switch Victoria away from me.

What happened then was even worse than the first situation because he made Ariana and Victoria switch seats. Camila didn't like that either, because me and Ari were actually friends. So I didn't do much in biology besides laugh.

When the bell for lunch rang Camila picked up her stuff and left without waiting for me. I love her but fuck she gets on my nerves sometimes. She thought she was slick running off but she forgets that we have on our shared locations. I bought both of us food so she would be less mad when I do find her. When I looked up her location I knew I was fucked. She was in the administrative building.

I walked to Lovato's office and sure enough the door was open and Camila was eating a banana while the headmistresses were eating. I walk in without Camila noticing and I kissed her cheek startling her.

"Y/n, Camila said she came here because you decided to practice instead of having lunch with her." Lovato said actually smiling at me.

"Nah I just used that as an excuse to surprise her with some pizza, here you go baby hawaiian, your favorite." She gave me a slight smile.

"Well I'm certainly surprised that you showed up. As I recall all you've ever cared about is soccer and chasing all the girls." Why does she want a reaction from me? She keeps bringing shit up and it's pissing me off.

"Yeah but what can I say? I found someone that makes me feel complete. I do love soccer still, but Camila is just as important to me. There isn't any girl that I want to chase because everything I need is right here in front of me Ms. Gomez."

"That's a very mature mindset, also something you didn't have last year in Houston."

She stay talking that shit

I made sure to keep eye contact with her and chose my words carefully. "You know what they say right? New Year New Me."

"I'll be keeping a very close eye on you Gonzalez."
"Enjoy the show Gomez. Anyways baby I'm just gonna go so you can spend time with your godmother. I'll see you in gym."

I gave her a kiss and when I pulled away I made sure to let her know what I wanted to tell her before she tried to hide from me. "I love you and only you no one can compete with you princess. You're the only one for me Camila Cabello."
