Early Christmas

It's finally the last day of school for the winter semester and I actually passed all my classes. Tonight I'm taking Camila out and dropping her off at home for the break. It would be the last time I saw her until New Years Eve. I had to spend Christmas at my dad's new girlfriend house.

Either way I was gonna give Camila her Christmas gifts today. I got her two things that I hope she loves. Well I got her three gifts but I'm gonna wait to give her the last one on New Years. Now I just gotta figure out how the fuck to wrap a guitar up.

I eventually got it with the help of Lauren and Daniel as well. Who knew that wrapping a guitar would be hard? I had Daniel sneak it to the car and drive it to the house just in case Camila saw anything she wouldn't find it suspicious.

I also made him get the beach house ready for a date since he wants to throw an end of the semester party right after I get done using it. Camila thought we were going to eat and then to the party at my house but I made Daniel push back the party. We had amazing weather for today as well. That's the one thing I don't miss about Houston, the fucking weather. We could have never thrown a party or be at the beach in December because the weather would be hot as fuck one second and freezing the next.

I'm taking her out to eat first and after I get confirmation from Daniel that the beach house is ready I'll take her back to the house and I'll give her the gifts.

Oh shit it's time to pick her up. I changed clothes as quick as possible. I picked up the rose I got her and went to go knock on her door.

Dinah answered the door and proceeded to mean mug me and slam it. She came out about a minute later and still had that glare on her face. "Look here Gonzalez you're cool and all that but still not good enough for my Chancho nobody is. That being said if you ever cause another single tear from Camila I'll make sure you won't get a chance to make babies okay? Oh and use protection because if you get her pregnant me and Lauren will fuck up you precious car. Oh and Camila will be out in a minute. Have fun." She finally gives me a smile at the end even though it was a scary one.

Camila came out a minute later looking absolutely flawless. I gave her the rose and she opened the door to put it in her room. Once she came back out she gave me a kiss on the cheek and we headed towards my car. I of couse opened the door for her and when I got in the car I put on our playlist.

"Y/n can we just skip all the Ed Sheeran songs today?" I nodded, but then what she actually asked me registered in my head. "Did you just ask me to skip all the Ed Sheeran songs babe? Who are you and what have you done to Camila?" She gave me a sad smile and said, "He's coming to Miami and the tickets got sold out before I could get one."

"What were you doing that had you distracted?" I asked her. Her eyes widened and she just told me to drop it because she didn't want to think about it. So I just switched it from our playlist to mine.

We pulled up to a diner and lunch was awkward. I planned to turn this whole thing around though I knew for sure Camila was gonna show me that beautiful smile by the end of tonight. Once I got the text that the set up was ready I asked for the check. I grabbed Camila's hand and led her to the car. Once we got in there was still that awkward silence. I decided to try and make her feel better right quick so she would be extra happy later.

"Babygirl I'm sorry you didn't get tickets to see him this time but next time he comes I'll make sure to take you. Now put a smile on because we have a party to go to." She gave me a small smile and a quick kiss. She had no idea I made Daniel push the party back so I can surprise her with her gifts. I decided to skip the jet ski routine today because I didn't want her to see the boat. I was getting that ready for New Years. But she noticed and wasn't happy.
