The Aftermath Pt. 4

The last month of school went by fast for both Camila and y/n.

Y/n got better after she realized it wasn't the end of the world. Although it hurt like hell to see Camila happy with Shawn it made choosing her new destination easier. Right after she graduates y/n will be hopping on a plane to her new city, Barcelona. The two friendlies she played with the USWNT attracted a lot of attention from many clubs. In the end she chose Barcelona because that would for sure be a brand new start.

The school hosted a huge pep rally the day y/n signed to her first pro club. They had the signing at the school and everyone was there. She took Kendall to their prom since Kylie was Daniel's date, and y/n being the sweetheart she was didn't wanna make her feel bad.

Today is graduation and surprisingly the twins will not be hosting a party. They both receive their diplomas and afterwards go to dinner with their parents, seeing as this is the last family dinner they'll have in a while. There were no arguments just good times and happy memories. For once everything seemed back to normal. Life was starting to go back to the way it was.

That was until she got a text from her.

Camila on the other hand was so lost. She still hasn't told anybody she was pregnant with her ex's baby.  She decided to stay with Shawn for now because he made her feel less lonely. When she heard y/n was going to get signed, she was happy but heartbroken at the same time. She was happy because the love of her life was going to live out her dream, but sad because she would be so far away. Camila was hoping to go to y/n's games so her child would at least see her other parent, even if it was from a distance. That wouldn't happen though, because y/n decided to sign for Barcelona.

Whe Camila imagined her prom earlier this year she had a whole different picture in mind. Her and y/n were going to match in y/n's favorite color and pull up in her car. Instead she went with Shawn in a limo and buying a new dress. It was nice and everything, but it wasn't what she wanted. When she saw y/n arrive with Kendall her heart ached. There she was, in the blue and black suit Camila had picked out before they broke up. She looked amazing, but more importantly she looked happier.

When graduation came around, her godmother was getting suspicious. She saw the changes in Camila's attitude, her appetite, and when she took a good look at her goddaughter she could tell Camila was putting on weight. The night of her graduation Demi made a joke about how she better not be pregnant. Everyone at dinner laughed but the laughing gradually stopped when they saw the look on Camila's face.

Camila admitted to her family that she was pregnant and Lovato immediately went on a massive rant. She talked about finding y/n before she left and breaking her leg so she couldn't catch her flight, much less play soccer.  Her parents were about to get in the car when Camila stopped them. She lied and told them that she and y/n never even went that far and that the baby was Shawn's. That made her family even more disappointed in her. They were all hoping that it had been y/n.

After the silent drive home she went up to her room and texted y/n hoping to see her one last time before she would have to let her go forever. Surprisingly she got a response from y/n.

'Meet me at the docks.' was all it said.
