I brushed the tears out of my eyes. Another job lost. I sighed and looked up. The night sky was beautiful. I found some constellations and smiled. Better memories of my childhood flooded to my brain. Back when my parents were alive. Back when things were great. I remember not going near a car for years after that. After seeing their bodies extracted from that black Jeep dad drove. Mom didn't want him to buy it, but he did anyways. It wasn't leave it to beaver so of course they argued, but they made up and, in the end, mom loved that car twice as much as dad did.
I miss my parents every single day of my life. Constellations that my dad and I sought out on warm summer nights fill my brain every time I look up at the sky full of stars. I wiped another tear, from the loss of my job or the loss of my parents, away. I pulled my coat tighter to shield me from the snow and continued to walk to my car. My foot slid a little leading me to hit my head on my car. I was a little embarrassed, but I was fine. I got in my car and started to drive home. The roads were slick, so maneuvering them was a bit hard, but I managed.
I parked in front of my hovel of a house and got out of my car. I listened to the thumping beats of Cassius Reeves' party. He's the most popular guy at school and he asserts that point by throwing party after party. He's the typical rich snob and I despise him. It's a pain to live so close to him. All he ever does is throw parties and interrupt my studying. I was grabbing my book bag from the back of my car when I heard a big thump. I watched in horror as a metal pole went through my house. Glass shattered and parts of my walls crumbled. They've been doing construction to improve life here in Richmond, Washington, and I bet one of those guys stole a machine.
I heard laughter as they did it again and again until my house collapsed in front of me. I fell to my knees out of disbelief. Then, a piece of my house hit me right in the head making my world turn black.

I sat in the hospital bed with my head thumping. The bright lights were killing my eyes and the harsh smell of antiseptics were killing my nose. I looked at the IV connected in my arm and nearly passed out. I can't stand needles. I sighed as I remembered what happened with my house. What am I going to do? I know I don't have enough money to get a place to live. I'm barely surviving off of my scholarship money. Then, it dawned on me. I can't even pay for the hospital.
A nurse with blonde hair came in temporarily distracting me from my thoughts . Just as I was about to speak, Greyson Reeves walked in. I almost died of shock; he's the most famous man in Hollywood. I knew he lived in Washington because I aspire to be an actress and I also saw it on Wikipedia, but I never thought I'd see him. Following in a few moments later was no person other than the devil himself; Cassius Reeves. He kept his black hair with sprinkles of grey slicked back, and his blue eyes bore hate into my brown ones.
Why is he here? Greyson Reeves stood up from the chair halfway across the room.
"How are you feeling Ms. Loving." I looked up at the tall man above me.
"I feel fine." He chuckled then sat in the chair next to me.
"Well, that's good. Now, let's get to it. My son has put you in quite the predicament. Your house and car are both gone because of his insipidness and for that, I am deeply sorry." Cassius was in the corner of the room fuming. It was actually funny if I weren't confused."Anyhow, my son has more than enough room at his home and it would be his pleasure to escort you to and from everywhere you go." I, once again, looked at his angry face. Obviously he doesn't agree with any of this.
"I cannot accept." I don't know him that well.
"See dad! I told you." Snobby devil.
"Ms. Loving, it is the only thing I see fit. You cannot afford another residence and I cannot afford to have my son in trouble. Please, I'm begging you for this favor. Every single thing you need will be at the touch of your fingertips, and my son will be on his best behavior." He was sounding like one of those cheesy infomercials.
