"Baby girl," Cassius whispered-sung as he poked my cheek. I groaned then snuggled more into his chest. He was so warm and he smells so good; I don't wanna leave him. He kissed my cheek before stroking my other one. I opened my eyes then looked at his face. He stroked my hair softly.
"Hey." I waved at him before snuggling closer to him. Our legs were tangled together and that coupled with his arms around me made me feel so warm and protected.
"It's almost time for you to go." I groaned and shook my head.
"I want to sleep," I mumbled. We just got home like a few hours ago. I need the sleep."Come on." He let go of me making me instantly freeze. I pouted before opening my eyes again. Cassius was urging me up. I wrapped a blanket around myself and followed him downstairs. I caught a glimpse of my hair in a messy bun and my face with deep imprints from sleeping too hard in the reflection of the microwave.
"What do you want to eat?" I shrugged then set my head on the dining room table. Three minutes can't hurt. Just as I was beginning to doze off, he placed a plate in front of me. I smiled up at him before eating a strip of bacon and two pancakes.I ate ravenously as usual and then drank the cup of tea Cassius also placed in front of me. He's honestly the best. I leaned up and smiled at him.
"Thank you." He leaned down and pressed his lips against my forehead. I poked my lips out and he pecked them. I shivered; those lips are amazing.
"Are you about ready to go?" I nodded then rose to my feet and stretched. Cassius held my hand as we walked to the car. I love when we hold hands; when the warmth from his hand meets the coolness of mine. It's a strange thing that I feel happy from something so small as that. I got into the car and rode with him to the theatre."Thank you." He surprised me by passionately kissing me. I almost forgot to close my eyes because it happened so quick. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a beautiful pink diamond bracelet. I gasped as I looked at the black case.
"What is this for?" He smiled.
"For three perfect months of dating. I wanted to get you something beautiful just like you." My cheeks heated up.
"Cassius..." I was literally at a lost for words. He put it on my wrist and clasped it before smiling at me. He leaned over and kissed me again.
"Break a leg and give them hell baby girl. I'll see you later tonight." I was hypnotized by his luscious lips.
"Okay," I said breathlessly. We gazed into each other's eyes for a moment before kissing again. We pulled apart and I smiled at him.
"I'll see you later." He kissed my cheek.
"Later." I opened the car down and got out with a grin on my face."Aren't you just shitting rainbows." I looked over at Whitney who was doing her hair. I grinned even harder then hugged her.
"What's got you so happy?" I bit my lip.
"Cassius. He's just so great." I shrugged then put my hands in my pockets.
"I'm so happy that you're happy. Now go and get ready." I nodded. I went into my dressing room and started prepping my hair to get a wig on it. I could've dyed my hair, but it would've been a bitch to dye back and the orange phase...the orange phase. I shuddered at the thought. I continued to get ready while warming up my voice. I sighed then pulled the wig on before doing my makeup."20 minutes to house. Five minutes to circle."
"Thank you 20. Thank you five," I called back. God freaking damn it. I stripped down to just my underwear before putting my costume on. Time flew by way too quickly. I pulled my hair into two ponytails and smoldered in the mirror. I looked at my bracelet on the table and instantly thought of my perfect boyfriend. I grabbed the rest of my costumes then headed to the back of the stage. I placed my costumes then headed to circle. We all held hands and started it chant.
"One for all and all for one. Best damn show we've fucking done! Break a leg and give them hell. Pass it on," we began squeezing hands. I giggled when we turned in a circle. Whitney came over to me and we hooked our pinkies before kissing our thumbs.
"Break a leg. You got this Val." I grinned before hugging her.
"You too Essie." I went to my place on stage and took a deep breath. Time to kick ass.
