I happily held Cassius' hand as we walked into the botanical gardens. He wrapped his arms around me then kissed my lips.
"I'll see you soon baby girl." I love love love it when he calls me that. I literally become putty in his strong calloused hands.
"See you in a bit." He smiled then walked away. Aaaand I already miss him. Crazy isn't it. I walked into the gardens then went to a private room. Aunty Ellis was sitting in a chair crying.

"Aunty Ellis! What's the matter?" She looked up at me and cried even harder.
"I'm getting married today and my fucking period started," she wailed. I was quiet for a second as I watched her cry.
"Pull yourself together. Come on, get up." I grabbed her by her hands.
"You've got fifteen minutes until you are due to walk down that aisle. You are going to go out there and march down the aisle like the strong woman you are. This is your day. You've earned it so enjoy it. Richard can handle some blood." She looked up at me and frowned.

"Get on birth control to avoid these stupid problems," she stood up and patted my shoulder. I nodded just to agree with her then helped her clean up her makeup. She stood up then hugged me.
"Let's go kick some ass." She took a huge swig from the bottle of jack on the table then walked out of the door. I waited by the door as the rest of the wedding party walked down the aisle. I took a deep breath then walked down the aisle when it was my turn. It's not my wedding but walking down with all eyes on me and was nerve wracking.

I stood in my place then looked over at my source of comfort; Cassius. He winked at me which instantly calmed me down. Aunty Ellis walked down the aisle stealing everyone's breath. She was so beautiful. I smiled when they began to recite their vows, but I shut my eyes when they kissed. Seeing Aunty Ellis and Richard kiss is like seeing parents kiss. All the bridesmaids followed her to the yard where she threw her bouquet, but I care 1000000000000x more about finding my boyfriend. I watched the girls fight and the guys watch for a stray boob, but there was no sign of Cassius. I huffed then crossed my arms.

I was in a funk as I stood next to  a tree. I could really use a cold one right about now.
"Hey there Amelia." I crossed my arms.
"Hi." One of the people I didn't know was talking to me. Usually I'd be more than happy to converse, but I'm pissy right now.
"So, like, your boyfriend is like the son of Greyson Reeves?" I mentally rolled my eyes.
"Uh huh." She tucked a piece of hair behind her ear.
"And he's like single right now?"
"I'm not gonna set you up with my boyfriend's dad if that's what you're asking." She blushed then held her hands.
"Yeah no. Yeah that totally makes sense. Yeah. Bye." I rolled my eyes then huffed again.

I looked over at a blur coming closer to me. I recognized it as Cassius when he came closer to me.
"Where have you been?"  I was beyond pissed.
"I was taking a shit." I looked him squarely in the eye.
"It takes you twenty minutes to shit?" He looked at me like he couldn't believe I was asking that question.
"Yeah? I've been holding it since this morning and those bathrooms were comfortable." I rolled my eyes then looked away from him.

"Really? Here? Now? I don't want to argue with you. I literally went and took a shit like is that bad?" I blinked away the tears in my eyes. It's more than a shit. It's leaving me alone. I hate this feeling of complete and total attachment I have to him. I'm not some lovesick maiden. I took a deep breath to steady myself. I looked around and realized I had no clue where I was. I swore then took my phone out of my clutch. I dialed Cassius' number.
        "Save me you douche."
        "Where are you?"
"I don't know? Around some trees and I'm standing here." I sighed. He approached me for the second time in a half hour.
