Valerie made her way through the crowd for students who were talking about the charity ball and stopped when came to her locker. Her breaths were coming out in short spurts, trying to control her beating heart. Having been away from him, made her grow fonder of his company.
"Hey Valerie", Allison voiced as she got next to Val.
Turning to her right, Valerie smiled at Allie.
"Allie, hey", Valerie seemed to voice out, "how are – ".
"Are you alright?", she questioned, "you seem lost".
Lost without him.
"No, I'm alright", Valerie stated, "I'm just a little tired, didn't get much sleep last night".
Allison nodded, "Oh ok, I'll see you in class I have to stop by and get my books too".
They both said goodbye as they headed their separate ways.
As Valerie closed her locker, she made her way towards her first period. As she was making her way to class she stopped when she noticed Chuck and Blair talking at the end of the hall.
"Do we have a deal?", she was able to hear Chuck ask Blair.
Valerie didn't want to be seen when their chat was over, so she quickly dashed inside the class before the bell rang.

School went on until it was lunch time. She went to heat her food quickly in the cafeteria, before heading outside to meet Serena and Blair.
"What's for lunch?", she felt their body heat behind her.
Her body reacted to his.
"Food", she blatantly stated.
She heard him sigh and moved next to her, "why are you so cold to me all of a sudden?".
Really, he was asking her that.
"Are you seriously asking me that", she sarcastically laughed, "was your plan to get me in bed all along?".
Chuck looked hurt and confused, it wasn't his intention.
"Blair and I came to agreement that it was stupid to fight over the affection and attention of some guy", she said taking her food from the microwave, "so we started fresh".
Chuck stopped her from walking away, "can we start fresh?"
Valerie looked up at him, those eyes that reeled her in from the start.
His stare that made the world around them disappear.
Did she want to start fresh?
"I'll get back to you on that statement", she answered.
Chuck smiled and leaned in closer to place a gentle kiss on her cheek, "I'll be waiting".
She raised her eyebrow, as he moved to the side to let her leave.
Chuck Bass would wait forever for Valerie Carrington, however long that may be.

Blair was currently in her dining room with Dorota, going over potential dates for Chuck.
They both agreed to find each other's dates for the Snowflake Ball.
"Kristin Curran is the loosest girl in our class. Don't you know that Chuck doesn't like his fruit pre-picked?", Blair exclaimed walking back and forth behind Dorota.
"She has long hair- ", Dorota voiced, "In Poland, long hair symbolizes - - ".
Blair interrupted her statement, "and Elizabeth Phillips is between Mormon and moron!", she said raising her voice, "How did you come up with these?".
Dorota simply responded, "Facebook. I joined a few groups".
Blair shouted, "this has to be Chuck's dream girl – intelligent but not a bookworm, strong-willed but still feminine. an equal", she continued, "and he likes brunettes with celestial blue eyes – "
Suddenly, Blair's phone vibrated on the table. She walked over to it and smiled when she saw who it was.
"But, Miss Blair, that's – ". Dorota managed to say.
"No, that girl is out there- ", she said looking back at Dorota, "and I believe I just found her".
The single name that light up her phone.
Valerie Carrington.

Valerie looked at herself for the fifteenth time, Richard walked in as she was debating to leave the one, she had on.
"Richard", she looked to him, "tell me the truth, does this look good on me?".
She knew that it wasn't good, he would tell her without hesitation.
"You look to die for", Richard smiled getting a smile in return.
In that moment, her phone rang.
She made her way towards her bedside table, noticing the person she picked up.
"Blair?".
"Tell me you haven't left for the dance yet?", she expressed.
Valerie looked confused, "umm, no not yet. Why?".
"Perfect", Blair sighed in relief, "I'll text you when I'm leaving my place, send me your address".
"Wait. Wh-", she stuttered, "What?".
"I set you up with someone", Blair said hoping she wouldn't say no, "trust me".
Valerie sighed, she wasn't really in the mood to be on dates at the moment.
"Okay, sure", she gave in, "let me know when you're close.
"Will do", Blair exclaimed, "see you then V".
Valerie flung herself on her bed, thinking that maybe Chuck wasn't there.
"Don't do that you'll wrinkle your dress", Richard scolded her as he tried to get her off the bed.

I can't believe I've updated this many times in the week but I just LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Chuck and Valerie.
They are like my babies, I can't.
