Alex rested her head on Grizz's shoulder, waiting to finally go home and sleep. She could imagine the warmth of her comfy bed as though she was already lying in it. Heaven. The saftey net of blankets and duvets sounded nice to her in that moment. Of course, Alexandrea was being dragged to a party. She hated going. She had to talk to people, watch horney teenagers get drunk and make sure that Grizz didn't do anything stupid. She just wanted to go home.
"Are you sure you don't want to go home?" Grizz asked her, pushing some of her dark plum coloured hair behind her ear. "I can drop you off, or you acn stay at mine,"
"Can I stay at your's tonight? I don't want to go home," She mumbled. She was trying to keep her eyelids from locking together. Usually she was up until late, but she had barley slept the night before.
"Sure," Grizz laid his head on top of hers. He would go to the party, but his parents loved the girl. To them she was like a daughter and would happily let her stay over. She even had a few clothes stored in the dresser of the guest bedroom.
"You need us to bring anything tonight, dude?" Clark asked Harry, startling Alex who had started to drift off. She gave him a small glare before closing her eyes again.
"WHatever you got. Hey, bring some Vodka tonight. It's BYOB," He replied as Cassandra, Allie and will walked up to the group. Alexandrea had always liked Cassandra. Was she a little too high on her horse, yes, but she was kind and supportive.
"Party at your house, Harry?" Ca ssandra asked him. Alex rubbed her eyes, trying to wake herself up slightly, only to want to fall asleep again. "So nice of you to invite everyone."
"Would you ever come, Cassandra?"
"Is that really the point, Harry?" Allie asked, sticking up for her sister. Grizz looked down at Alex and shook her slightly trying to keep her awake.
"It's not for the play. It's for the people who are helping out with prom." Kelly said. Alexandrea rolled her eyes, knowing that that was a lie. It was just another party. Like every other party before it, the party was just for fun. "But if you want to come.."
"It's okay. I'll see you tommorow," Cassandra answered as the three of them headed out. Alex gave Allie a small smile as she left. "Good job everyone,"
"Oh by the way, Cassandra, you were really, really great tonight," Grizz told her.
"Thanks Grizz," Alex let out a yawn and Grizz took that as a sign that she wasgoing to pass out soon. Once she was tired, it tended to hit her like a truck.
"Guys, I'm gonna drop Alex off at mine first,"
"Awe, is Andrea tired?" Clark asked mockingly. This remark in what made him recieve a puch to the gut, windidng him. Grizz tried to muffle his laughter but everyone else laughed.
"Even when half asleep Andrea can still throw a punch," Alex said before walking out of the door with Grizz by her side. He swung his arm around her shoulders. They both laughed at what had occured.
"I thought we had a no more punching Clark rule?"
"He'll live," Alex replied. They got into Grizz's car and headed towards his house. Alex watched the scenery outside turn to a blur while she was falling asleep in the passanger's seat. Calming darkness consuming her.
