Anarchy started that night. People rading shops and sheds to get anthing they could use as a weapon. The Guard were trying to keep in under control, but they turned savage. Every croner they turned full of people with bats, even socks with baseballs inside of them. No one dared to stop them, they just let the savages walk. Maybe they hope that they would just tear each other apart.

"Why can't we go out and help?" Alex asked Sylver, looking out of the window. She could see people walking past now and again.

"We don't want to risk you..."

"Having a flashback? A panic attack? I can't be on the Guard, if you all think I'm weak,"

"Your on the Guard, because we know you're not weak. Your incredibly strong, powerful and amazing. But, I don't want anyone to make you feel it. There are mobs out there. I don't want you getting hurt," He walked upto her, stoking her cheek. She could see the fear in his eyes. If he was scared, she knew it was importand for her to help him, by just staying inside. How hard could that be?

"Thank you. For caring," She grinned. She perched on ther toes, giving him a kiss on the cheek. She wa happy to be with him. Through it all, at least he was there.

"I will always care. Pinky promise," Alex laughed, wrapping her pink around his. Something which had quietly become so strong. A pinky promise, silently, was something that they would never break.

They all sat in the cantine, eating, chatting. People were on edge. Baseball bats in peoples bags. Eyes scanning everyone. "Are you okay?" Grizz asked Alex. She had been picking at the skin around her nails, her eyes locking onto everyone who entered the room.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Grizz grapped her hands, stopping her from picking at them. She sighed. "I'm just nervous. That's all," Grizz still held her hands, drawing on the back of them with his finger. It gave her something else to concentrait on. She watched as his finger moved in a pattern over the skin. However, arguing moved her attention. A gunfire went off.

Everything slowed for her as Sylver pulled her under the table, holding her close. Her hands shook and her heart pounded out of her chest. Her mind blurring. She couldn't concentrait, no matter how hard she tried. She shook her head, tears fallign down her face. Sylver ignored the rest of what was going on. He noticed the far off look in her eyes. "Aleandrea. It's Sylver. Your safe, okay. Your not eight anymore. Its 2019. Yoursafe. It's not happening anymore," He kepped muttering over and over. She squueezed his hand, but didn't stop. Grizz also noticed. He grabbed his phone and the earbuds, putting them in her ears. He played her favourite music, hoping the slow tempo would help to calm her down.

"She's dead," She cried. Sylver felt helpless, not knowing how to calm her down. "there's so much blood," He held her close, being cautious to any movements that would signify that he was making it worse.

"it's not happing anymore," He held her. Squeezing her hand back before letting go. Repeating the rhythm they had practiced. Soon her hand started to repeat it slowly. Her her breathing become less spiradic. She looked around before going to take out the earphones. He shook his head, telling her not to. Grizz motioned for her to keep her head down. He knew the sights of the guns could cause her to panic again. She closed her eyes, keeping her head down. Sylver carried her out, trying to make sure she couldn't see what was happening behind them.

--------

"How is she?" Grizz asked Sylver as he sat next to them all at the table.

"Exhausted. She's still trying to decifer real from her memory. She passed out the moment she hit the bed," Sylver ran his hand through his hair. He was worried for the girl. He had never seen her like that before. He had seen a panic attack. he never imagined that the flackbacks could be more violent than that.

They all sat in silence, awkwardly. Gordie was telling Allie the news. No one knowing how it would go down. The choas had rattled all of them. They all knew she wouldn't like it. Neither would Alexandrea when she wakes up. But they needed order in the town. The situation had gone too far.

—————

"Why not Alex? People will listen to her," Allie argued.

"She had another flashback today. She's not in the right state of mind,"

"What? Is she okay?"

"Yeah. She's asleep in your parent's room,"

—————

"If she says no. The only person left would be-"

"No. You didn't see her before,"

"He has a point, Will. They're getting worse. The last time I had seen them so violent was a few days after... Allie will say yes," Grizz added after Sylver. The boy giving him a thankful smile. No one was sure that she would say yes. Luke already said that Helena had said no. The only person would be Alexandrea. The worst part was that they knew she would say yes, just to take the pressure off Allie.

Gordie walked down the stairs. Allie following closley behind him. "So, you all had a fucking powwow, huh? You went through every other option... and you came up with me,"

"Allie--"

"-Shut the fuck up, Will. I'm taling," Everyone shut up after that. Not knowing how to respond to that. They knew she was hurt. "All of you think this is... the only way. And you're sure? You've decided?" Everyone nodded. Not knowing what to do. They wanted to keep her away from it for longer, but everything was getting too much. The anarchy was hurting people in more way than one. It wouldn't be long before everyone tore each other apart.

"If you are going to put this on my shulders. Then you had better be there for me every minute, every second of every second, by my side,"

"We will," Gordie responded.

"of course," Will answered as well. But Allie knew they were being too quick. They hadn't thought about it that deepy. How they would protect her all day, every day.

"No, really think about it. Don't nod your heads like idiots, don't give me an easy yes,"

"Yeah, Allie, we'll protect you," Luke answered her.

"And if I have to make a desision and I don't know how to answer. Which, by the way, I won't..."

"We'll all be with you, every decision, every second, like you said," Will answered. Trying to get her to undestand that she wouldn't be alone.

"Sure. Okay," She started to make her way back upstairs, "But fuck all of you, and I mean that,"
