"Thank you for having me!" You smiled. The couple waved as you left, Saiki standing a few feet behind. "I hope I can see Saiki's brother next time I come over!"

"We'll make sure to invite you when he visits!" Kurumi smiled. You walked off. "Bye!"

"Bye."

The door shut, and you walked off toward your house. Suddenly, you felt very homesick. You laughed bitterly. ...You sort of wanted to go home. You decided on calling your parents as soon as you reached your house. You walked back to your apartment.

You collapsed onto your bed, not bothering to change clothes. You got out your phone, but before you could call home...

"L/N."

"Saiki."

Saiki had teleported into your room once again. You let out a sigh, sitting upright, your legs dangling off your bed.

"You know, I could have been changing." You laughed. Saiki ignored the comment.

"What are you planning?" He asked. You shrugged.

"I need allies. I'm pretty lost, to be honest... Ah. Right, just to confirm, the only rules are that we can't tell him straight up, no mind manipulation or dream control, and that's really it?" You asked. He nodded. You let out a sigh. "Hm. Okay. Is that all you wanted to ask? 'Cuz I'm not answering your question."

"...New rule. No hurting others." He spoke. You laughed.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure my regular morals would have stopped that. Sure; no hurting others. Actually, no including others at all. No blackmail either." You shrugged. A moment of silence went by. You shrugged off your coat, putting it onto a hanger. "So Teruhashi thinks that I'm trying to murder you. That's nice."

"...No, it really isn't." He grumbled. You let out a laugh.

"I think it's hilarious. Want some food? I think I have some sweets somewhere..." You mumbled, walking out your room into the living room. You had three rooms; Your room, the living room (connected to the kitchen), and the bathroom. That was all you really needed. You went to the fridge. "...I have taiyaki, melon pan, icecream, coffee jelly--"

"I want coffee jelly." He spoke, a glint in his eyes. You raised an eyebrow.

"All right, then." You smirked. You got the coffee jelly and placed it on the counter that separated the kitchen from the living room. (The living room was just a table, couch, and TV). He used telekineses to grab a spoon and started to dig in. Your eyes widened.

He was in bliss. He munched happily, feeling the tastes and sensations against his tongue. A smile graced his face as his eyes shut happily, immersing himself in the flavor. It tasted different from regular shop-bought or the kind that was rushed to him in a cafe; it was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness, but the taste of coffee still broke through. He sensed your stare and swallowed, glancing toward you. You stared, jaw dropped.

"...Woah." You whispered, wide-eyed. He looked confused as ever. The corners of your lips turned upward, "You smiled. Wow."

"...Wow?"

"Wow." You grinned. You then laughed, "All right, I'm gonna get you coffee jelly all the time from now on!"

Saiki's eyes widened. Did he just get himself a bunch of free coffee jelly? By smiling? Sweet. He continued to eat happily, and you couldn't help but stare. After all, the boy who you had recently seen to show no facial expression was smiling. So happily, too!

"Yeah. By the way, think you can give me the recipe for your coffee jelly?" You asked your mother. You were chatting on the phone. You had changed into some more comfortable clothes by now. Saiki left a while ago, after raiding your fridge of all the sweets, of course.
