"You're looking.. different." Denki could hear the other man mutter, causing him to shudder into his sweater.
When going out, Denki always kept prim and nice looking. Though today, the big essay that Jeanist gave them was not worth a good teeshirt.
Shinsou was simple; a green long sleeve with tattered jeans that seemed to be speckled with cat hair. What caught Denki off guard was the glasses that perched on the insomniac's nose, purple eyes tiredly piercing down the man's body.
"Uh yeah." Denki felt so under-dressed, looking down at his attire. Just a simple sweatshirt and over-washed black jeans. "I was just a little tired today, didn't wan' do much."
The blonde quickly made his way beside the purple-haired, the two beginning a slow stroll towards the gates of the campus.
"I don't really know what to eat soo.. maybe you could recommend something?"
Shinsou looked confused, but easily settled into a calm posture as they continued strolling.
"There's this pizza place down the street, it's pretty good from what I've heard."
Denki honestly didn't think Shinsou would begin to stray close so quickly, a friendship slowly blossoming between the two as Denki grew to be a thorn in the other's side. Not like his mission wasn't fulfilled yet, he just came into the idea of meeting Shinsou as "try and turn this guy into your friend."
His mission wasn't complete, Denki wasn't a whole idiot. He could see the distinct twitches of annoyance Shinsou gave or the quiet murmurs of 'go away', but it seemed like each other's company has been doing both good.
The blonde's face felt sticky, the concealer underneath his eyes swabbed hurriedly to meet Shinsou on time.
Shinsou radiated an energy that Denki wanted for himself, a calm and relaxed expression that contrasts with his own energetic and goofy postures. He wishes he wasn't so different.
"Why pizza today, hm?" Denki smiled, blinking up at Shinsou and faltering when he saw Shinsou watching him. "Huh, is something wrong?"
It was quiet except for the constant whirls of wind and ruffles of leaves, but the other man's indigo eyes seemed to analyze the blonde.
"I don't know why I'm not annoyed with you right now." The man admitted. "I don't like that."
Denki could feel a pile of bricks hitting his shoulders, eyebrow perking up.
"And that has to do with pizza because...?"
