A/N It would be incredible for me if this story got to 1k views 💜
I've been really bad at editing my stuff lately so I do apologise for any mistakes 😁💜
The drive to Bristol would normallybe a long and tiring one and yet both of the boys found the time flying by and the trip quite enjoyable. They realised that it was only each others company they needed to keep themselves entertained. They had so much in common. They just clicked.
"Do you have any idea where we are?"
"Uhhh I don't know... this looks kinda familiar I guess... I've been to a lot of city's though..."
"But you said you stayed here for 2 and a half months!"
"Aye but the south all looks the same to me..."
"Declan are we lost?"
"No! We can't be... hold on I'll just call up Tash and ask her for directions..."
...half and hour later...
"Okay I do recognise where we are now, see over there that's were i used to play in the evening for people leaving the restaurant... oh and over there! I almost got arrested on that corner!"
"ARRESTED?!?"
"Aye it was just a misunderstanding" Dec said, adjusting is his tie in the car mirror- thats as formal is it sounds- he had decided on wearing jeans with a smart shirt but Ant had insisted he looked cute with a tie so Dec wore one. Ant was wearing a white T-shirt, casual blazer and cuffed jeans. "The top floor of those block of flats is Tasha's home, the lift is broken, unless they've had it fixed, so we will have to take the stairs. Let's get going then." Dec made for the door handle but stopped when Ant held his arm and pulled him back gentle before cupping the back of the smaller Geordies head and bringing him into a loving, passionate kiss.
"Ummm Anth... we need to go." Dec said against Ants lips, but not resisting and kissing back none the less. To Dec's surprise, Anth did as he was told and pulled away grinning cheekily, climbing out of the car. Dec huffed and jogged to catch up with the taller man. "You're such a tease."
"Ha you said it yourself Declan, we need to go." Dec just rolled his eyes and folded his arms like a small child throwing a tantrum,
Ant looked at him and laugh. Bringing a hand to rest on the small of Dec's back, he leant down and whispered in his ear sexily, still maintain a steady pace. "Don't worry baby I'm sure I can make it up to you."
Dec blushed, allowing his grumpy facade to fall and Ant to escort him up to Tasha's flat.
It was a modest apartment building, the outside was dull and grey but the inside was brought to life with bright colours and plants. Dec, not wanting to make Tash walk all the way to the door with her bad hips, dug under the rug for the spare key and opened the door, calling out to make the occupants aware of his arrival.
"Aww Declan I'm so glad you could make it!" A tall blonde women walked quickly through the hallway, she held an air of confidence and power that Ant instantly respected. She enclosed Dec in a tight hug and Anthony never seized to be impressed by how well the older Geordie connected with people and made friends so easily. He's just so lovable.
"It's good to see you too Cat! I've missed you, how are you and Patrick?"
"Still going strong, he couldn't be here tonight I'm afraid he's on a business tip but he's taking me on a romantic holiday to Paris in August!" The pair gushed over the holiday for a moment, Ant staying to the side as the two conversed. Dec eventually seemed to remember Ant hadn't been introduced and felt a bit bad.
