Long time no see everybody.... here is another update for all you lovely people ☺️
"We have a problem."
"I gathered that Stephen. Now what is it?" Ant replied sternly pulling Dec comfortingly into his side.
"Declan... does this look familiar to you?" Stephen pulled something up on his phone and showed it to the boys with a fearful expression on his face. The blood drained from Dec's face and his mind froze.
"What the fuck is this?" Ant grabbed the phone and stared down at the picture of an old napkin with a few, only just, legible scribbles. Dec stayed silent, internally his mind was a mess and deep down he was panicking
"It's a legally binding signature that means that everything Declan does has to go through and gain permission from a man by the name of Jason Ellicot." Ant was gobsmacked but mostly confused.
"How can something written on a napkin be LEGALLY binding?!!"
"Who ever this Jason Ellicot is he was smart about it... he has everything covered; the date it was signed... the rules and limitations of the contact as well as the condition of zero termination. He also has a very legitimate sister contract that has been typed up by lawyers... our people are struggling to find a loop hole."
Ant looked from Dec to Stephen and then back to Dec again.
"Dec what? How did you... why did you?" Dec looked at Ant with terrified eyes.
"It was a joke... I never thought... w-we were just... I can't believe he kept it... I can't believe... oh god I'm gonna be sick." In a flash the smaller Geordie was out of the presenters arms and instantly in the bathroom and over the toilet, violently throwing up the contents of his stomach.
Ant crouched down beside his distraught boyfriend as he dry-heaved into the downstairs loo. Carefully, the presenter took Declan into his arms and held him tightly, placing gentle kisses on his forehead and whispering sweet words of comfort, trying to calm down the rising storm within the smaller Geordie.
"It's okay Decky... it's okay we can fix this yeah? It's nothing to worry about okay? I have lawyers ten times better than the ones he can afford, he's not going to hurt you anymore Declan... I promise you that." Dec whimpered and stuck himself closely to the comfort of Ant. He nuzzled his head into the safety of Ants neck as the taller man wrapped his arms around his boyfriend's smaller frame.
"It's okay baby, I promise it's okay... let me take you to bed yeah? You've had a tiring couple of days... don't worry I'm gonna sort that bastard out for you." Ant cooed, trying to control his rage but hearing the anger in his own words.
"A-Anth" Dec whimpered brokenly as he sobbed into Ants shoulder. "I-I'm so s-sorry... f-for being so- so stupid... I-I didn't know... I-I didn't know."
"Shuuushhh it's okay baby... you are not to blame. You were tricked and you have every right to be upset... but just don't worry your pretty little head okay. You are my boyfriend and I will NOT let anyone who makes you cry or even a little sad get away with it. I love you Decky.... so so much." Ant ran his hands over Dec's sides before bringing one to slide under his legs and one to support his back. He kissed him softly before picking up his light weight and carrying him all the way to their room.
Declan was asleep by the time his head hit the pillow, soft snores leaving his glossy, luscious, red and slightly parted lips. Ant stroked a loving hand over his hair before tucking him in tightly, placing a sweet kiss on his head and striding out of the room with determination and fury in every step.
