^^god this picture hurts so much 💔😭 so proud of him though, he's doing so great ❤️
I know this story has just become a lot of moping around but as you can probably tell things are about to get interesting, I just didn't want to solve my plot issues with another time skip so we've worked to get to the important points 😂
I'm working on another chapter for Trainwreck at the mo so sorry everything is coming so slowly xD
"What you doing there Dec?" Tamsin whispered across the small train table.
Declan's tired gaze lifted from the notebook he'd curled himself around and came to rest on Tamsin's small figure. The young lad was wrapped but safely in a sleeping Bear's arms. Suddenly the Geordie felt cold and pulled his legs, which were bent so his feet where on the seat, closer into his chest.
"I'm writing a song." Tamsin's nodded as if understanding.
"You not sleepy?"
The Geordie, with the scruffy, sandy brown hair frowned and shook his head feeling emotion prickle his eyes. Bear, or Aaron as Dec had discovered to be his real name, had been out like a light after the first couple of minutes of the journey whereas Tam had nodded off a few times much like Stephen who was reading but shut his eyes once or twice to gain some precious sleep. Dec however wasn't bless with the cherished ability to dream, when he slept he'd either be stuck beneath a monster, unwelcome hands touching or groping his skin, or he'd dream about seeing Ant again and finding a cold stranger in his lovers place. He didn't know which nightmare was worse.
He couldn't put any of that into words so the singer simply shook his head and looked back down at the messy pages in front of him.
Rather than suffer the emotional torment of closing his eyes without strong arms wrapped around him, Dec began to write a song. Another song. It was hopeless and sad to be so caught up on one person so much it's all you can think and write about. Dec knew this but there was nothing he could do about it, his heart was carrying so much emotion and this was the only way to lay it down.
He scribbled out the last lyric he wrote and replaced it simply with what his heart had been telling him since he picked up the pen, 'and I'm well aware I write too many songs about you.' Declan blinked back tears, feeling his broken truth fall onto the page.
Tamsin watched in deep sadness as his melancholy friend held back tears as he focused on yet another song about this presenter fella. It seemed like a sick kind of self-inflicted torture. Tam thought it would be better if Declan moved on, tried to forget but every day being apart from his ex seemed to get harder for the Geordie. Maybe it's best if they try to work things out, then they can both move on, he thought before taking one last look at the singer song-writer before snuggling back into his own boyfriends strong chest and closing his eyes to get some more much needed sleep.

Another knock sounded at the presenters office in the monumental ITV tower. Ant sighed and rubbed his face tiredly.
"Come in." He grumbled.
"Um... M-mr McPartlin?"
"What is it Alfie." Ant deadpanned, not looking up from his computer.
"Uh... Mr Cowell w-was just on the phone... h-he'll be up in a minute."
"Why?"
"What?"
"Why does he want to visit."
