Chapter 22

Everyone starts laughing. Even Lexa joins in. "Clarky has herself a girlfriend!!!" Everyone laughed. Lexa comes over and stands behind me. She wraps me in a big hug and says "Guys don't make fun of her." Then she smiles at me.  I smack her arm and get out of her hug. I wish I didn't but hey. They would make fun of me. And I'm not gay. I think.

"Whatever you say princess let's go!" Echo says as she points to the entrance of the mall. Raven and Octavia link arms with me like they did on my first day of school.

We enter the mall and it smells like soft pretzels and clothes. I see Echo run into a store and everyone follows her. Lexa and Luna were standing in the corner laughing about something. I guess shopping wasn't really their thing.

"Hey Clarke go try on this dress!!" I hear Raven say as she pushed me into a dressing room. I put the dress up to my body and look in the mirror. It's a beautiful blue dress that flows and shows of my curves nicely.

"Lexa get over here!" I hear Raven shout as I start to get undressed. I get into the dress and come out of the dressing room. Raven is standing with Octavia in aw. Lexa is standing behind them on her phone.

"Clarke you look beautiful!" Octavia says. Those words make Lexa look up from her phone. When she sees me her jaw drops and so does her phone. She is just staring at me.

"You like it?" I ask Lexa who obviously likes it. I just want to make her say it. I do a little spin and smile at her.

"C-Clarke. You look." Lexa clears her throat. "Absolutely amazing. Like always." With that she smirks. I turn a tomato red. Why does she have this affect on me.

We buy the dress and continue on shopping. While we are walking through the mall Lexa walks overs to me and whispers in my ear, "That dress was amazing on you. You look gorgeous today, love." With that I turn red and she chuckles. This causes everyone to look over at us and start shipping us.

We are almost done shopping when Luna and Lexa find Hot Topic. In we go. And out we come spending 100 dollars.
Lexa finds this really cool Pink Floyd shirt that had rips in it. She would have to wear a tank top under it. However it was a cool shirt and looked hot on her. She didn't have a tank top while she was trying it on so you could see her abs through the rips. I wasn't complaining.

An hour later we leave the mall. Lexa and Luna are each holding a little bag and everyone else including me is holding tons of bags full of clothes. We pack them all in the cars and then get in. "Okay to lunch!" Octavia says as Lexa drives to the nearest restaurant. We all get out of the car and get a big table. Lexa is next to me and Luna is next to her. On the other side of me I have O. "I think we should make this a meeting." Says Octavia.

"Oh heda no." Lexa mutters next to me. The other girls are squealing and agreeing.

"What is a meeting?" I ask. Raven was about to answer but Lexa got to it first.

"It's torture Clarke, pure torture. And these freaks love it!" Lexa says putting her head in her hands.

"What it actually is is that us girls go around and say who we think we ship each other with and talk about love life's." Raven explains.

Oh heda. This isn't good. I start blushing automatically.

"What is it Clarke?" Echo says. "You are looking rather. Blushed." Echo says raising an eye brow.

We all order food and go back to talking. Indra goes first. "I heard Mr. Kane is seeing somebody. Outside of the school. Like he has a girlfriend. Isn't that strange?" Indra said.

"Ya I heard it was a doctor or something about Nero." Mya says.

I choke on my drink. Lexa turns to me with a worried look. I just pat her shoulder and she stops.

"Neurosurgeon?" I ask.

"Ya! Thats it! Why?" Mya says.

"My mom is a neurosurgeon..." I say.

"Well let's not jump to conclusions. There are many neurosurgeons in Miami." Harpers says. She is right. I relax a little.

"Okay! So you know who I think look cute. It's these two juniors. They are so in love but they don't know it. It's right in front of their eyes but they won't admit it. It's cute." Echo says and everyone giggles except Lexa and I.

"Wow. That was smooth Echo. Smooth." Lexa said while grabbing my hand under the table. I blush hard.

"Oh my heda, are you guys holding hands!!" Octavia yells and I blush even harder. I let go of her hand and get up and go to the bathroom.

After a long embarrassing lunch we all get in the cars. Lexa starts making her trips dropping people off at their houses.

All that is left is Octavia and myself. She turns down O's road. "Oh I get it you wanna save your girlfriend for last so that you can make out with her on the way to her house." Octavia says to Lexa, making me blush.

Lexa responds, " One, you know it two, you wanna make out with me? And three, what makes you think that we are going to her house." Lexa smirks.

I smack her then I smack Octavia who is laughing hysterically. Lexa pulls up to O's house and she gets out and grabs her bags. "Bye guys!" She calls out.

"Bye" Lexa and I say in unison.

Lexa looks at me and smirks while she backs out of the drive way and makes her why down the road.

"What?" I ask.

"Oh nothing. It just I have you all to myself now and that makes me happy." She said with a goofy grin while taking my hand in hers.

God what is she doing to me....

I hold her hand cause they are so strong and amazing, I never want to let go. I need my mother to see how amazing Lexa is. "Lex. Can. Can you do something for me?"

Lexa glances at me then back at the road. "Anything."

"Will you come spend the night at my house. And be as you as possible. You can make me blush, you can flirt with me, you can hug me and hold my hand, you can be the goofy cuddly you. Please change my moms mind."

Lexa is silent for a moment then says, "Clarke I will never say no to spending the night with you,  I will be my dorky self, but. I don't care if I'm seen well in your moms mind. Everyone in the world could hate me and spit on me every time I walk by. As long as you never leave me." Lexa says while squealing my hand.

God she is amazing.
