Chapter 42

Lexa is laying on the bed on her phone and I am doing my homework at her desk. It is a Thursday night and we have nothing to do. It's strange. She isn't working out, drumming, fighting people or getting herself shot. She is sitting there in bed.

"Hey babe?" Lexa asks. I can feel her beautiful eyes look up at me.

"Mhm?" I say back still looking at my homework.

"I'm going to take you out to dinner." She says, putting her phone down and standing up.

She walks over to me and spins the spinning chair around. "Was that you asking me out to dinner? Cause I feel like that was more a statement then a question." I say looking up at her.

"Oh it was definitely a statement. Get up I'm bringing you to Olive Garden." My eyes light up and she smiles. I get up and get changed she lays back down on the bed. I turn my back to her to change. I felt heat on my back as I put my shirt on.

I turn and Lexa was still looking at her phone. Mhm. Sure.

"Ok let's go." I say and she gets up from the bed and puts her arm around me.

We head downstairs and Luna is on the couch with her legs across Ravens lap watching a movie. "Where do you two think you are off to?" Luna asks not even taking her eyes off the movie.

"Some of us aren't scared of dad so I'm taking my beautiful girlfriend on a date." Lexa answers as she grabs her keys and opens the door. Luna snorts.

"What ever." She says. I can tell she is hurt that her and her sister are arguing. "WHAT DO I CARE IF YOU ARE THROWN TO THE CURB!" She yells as we close the door.

I can see the hurt in Lexa's eyes. I hold her hand as we walk to the Jeep. She pulls me over to her motorcycle.

"Lex no."

"Lex Yes."

"Lexa no."

"Lexa Yes!"

"Alexandra Woods No!"

"Alexandra Woods Yes!" Lexa says pouting her lip. I take that lip in between my lips and kiss it. I release the lip and continue to kiss her. She brings her hands to my waist and I put mine around her neck. We kiss pushing our faces together then taking them apart adjusting our angle. She boops our noses. I giggle and pull her closer. She backs me up against the wall of the house. She lifts me up and I wrap my legs around her waist. She feels so strong in this moment. She is holding me her with her hands on my hips. My arms are around her neck holding her close to me.

We hear a car horn that scares Lexa so bad she almost drops me. She places me down and sees Anya, Henry, and Aden getting out of a black car.

Aden runs and jumps in Lexa's arms. "Why where you holding Clarke like a baby?!" He laughs.

"She like being held like that." Lexa says smiling at him and looking up and winking at me. My eyes go wide and I blush.

I look at Henry and Anya. "Where are you two going on a school night?" Henry asks.

"Out to dinner." Lexa says putting Aden down and putting her arm around me. She brings me over to the bike. She hands me a helmet and I put it on. I can't believe I a doing this. Lexa gets on and puts her helmet on.

"Alexandra you are not leaving. Not yet we need to talk." Henry says.

"Okay dad. After dinner." She says and she takes off.

We make it to Olive Garden and I get off the bike and rip off the helmet. "ARE YOU INSINE LEXA!!" I whisper yell at her. She takes the helmet and looks down.

"You are going to get yourself in trouble!!" I say getting closer to her.

"I know Clarke!! I just can't be by that man! He angers me way too much!!" Lexa says turning away from me.

"I know Lexa! I know but you have to fight the anger!!" I say back at her.

She nods quietly. "Let's have our date." She says turning and kissing me gently. We walk in and we are seated. While we are talking our waitress comes by and introduces herself. "Hello welcome to Olive Garden my name is Ontari and I will be taking care of you tonight. Can I start you off with something to drink?" She say adjusting our table. Her eyes land on Lexa and she stares her up and down and bites her lip. I put my hand on Lexa's and she smiles at me.

"I'll have a water. Thanks." Lexa says to Ontari then looks back at me.

"I'll have a ice tea please." I say to Ontari and she glares at me.

"Coming right up!" She says and smiles at Lexa. Lexa is still looking at me so she doesn't see.

I smile at Lexa and she smiles back. "You are so fricken perfect my little cetriolo." She says.

"Cetriolo?" I ask raising an eye brow.

"Ya. It's a different language. I guess you need to figure it out." She smirks at me.

"You're on Lexa Woods." She was about to lean in a kiss me when Ontari puts our drinks in between us.

"You ladies ready to order?" She says smiling an evil grin at me.

"Ya." Lexa says.

We are done eating and Ontari comes over with the check. I go to grab it but Lexa is faster.

"Hey hey! What did I say? I said I was bringing you out to dinner. Not the other way around." She said looking at the bill. She puts the money in the black folder thing. (A/N: idk what it's called)

When Ontari comes back she hands Lexa a little slip of paper. "Right your number on it sweet heart." She said and winked.

Lexa took a pen and wrote on the paper. My jaw drops. "LEXA!"

"Calm down. I wrote down pizza huts number." She said smiling.

"How do you have that number memorized?" I asked giggling.

"Babe. This isn't the first time I have rejected someone." She said standing up and I laugh. Ontari walks over and Lexa hands her the paper then turns and kisses me. She winks at Ontari then we leave. As we are walking out we see something that shocked me.

Hey. I'm alive. So anyways sorry this chapter is a little short. I have been in another state all week so I haven't had time to write!! Anyway better chapters are coming!!
