After our conversation, naghiwalay na kami.
Sakto namang naglalakad ako pauwi when a black SUV stopped near me.
Napatingin ako doon.
Bumaba ang nakasakay.
He was tall, White skin, reddish brown hair, gray eyes, pointed nose, red lips.
He was wearing a business suit that perfectly outlined his muscular but lean body.

He gazed at me and smiled.
"I came to pick you up."

I stared at him for a while, hesitating whether I'll refuse him and walk away or just get in.
He smiled even wider.
"Com'n Ice.. There's no need to ponder about it."

I frowned at lumapit sa kanya.
Naglakad naman siya papunta sa passenger's seat at pinagbuksan ako ng pinto.
I frowned once more because of what he did bago umupo.
He closed the door gently at naglakad na ulit pabalik sa driver's area.

He came in and smiled at me before driving.
I was too silent when he suddenly spoke.
"You don't look happy seeing your brother here huh.."

I looked at him immediately.
I looked away and glanced at him before speaking, "That's not it.."

He smiled brightly, "really?! Then are you happy?!"

I flinched and looked at him before looking away.
"... Y- yeah"

He was delighted from my answer.
He took a deep breathe and became serious, "I texted you. Informing that I will arrive today.
I waited for a long time but you never came so I went home but you're not there so I decided to pick you up. Is it normally late when you're dismissed?"

Umiling ako at tumingin sa labas.
"Nah, Just comforted a friend. He's down."

"Who? Vlad?"

"Vlad isn't studying here. It's a new friend." Sagot ko.

I heard him sigh once more.
"Then take the car as your service. I don't like the idea of you walking this late alone."

"Okay."

".... Mom's asking about you. She was still against your decision of coming here alone with your butler. She said you aren't capable of living on your own yet."

I frowned.
"I'm doing good. Alone."

"Not anymore. I will be staying here with you. I'm going to manage one of the largest branch of the company in this city."

I sighed.
"Okay."

Don't be confused. I lied to Kian when I told him I was with my brother. I was here alone with my butler, Morris. while my lawyer who made an effort to process my papers for me was a private one but he is actually a Filipino- American so he gladly came with me here as well. He's staying with his grandparents.

This guy here, is Ace Clint Jiang. My Older brother. He took advance classes so even though he's just 21 he's helping in managing the companies.
Hindi naman nakakabilib yun kasi sobrang talino niya.
He's a fast learner as well kaya favorite siya ng parents ko. Despite the fact he was an adopted child.

My parents married for the sake of power. Money. Wealth. That's their sole reason for getting married. They were both greedy in power and wealth so they are fine living with each other.
They do not love each other and barely see each other in the main house.

When their parents asked for a heir. They adopted my brother Ace. He was 1 year old when he was taken to the main house. He was just for the satisfaction of the parents asking for grandchild, but when they discovered how intelligent and skilled he was even in such a young age. He got the liking and love from our parents. They gave him the attention to make him who he was today.
