Nanatiling tahimik ang mag asawa kahit ilang minuto na ang lumipas pagkatapos umalis ni Ace.
Nakatingin sa cellphone sa harapan niya si Richmond Jiang bago tinignan ang asawa.

Umupong muli ang asawang si Charline Jiang at kinuha ang cellphone.
Binuksan niya ito at nakita ang tanging video na nakasave sa cellphone.

Tinignan niya ang asawa bago niya ito pinindot at ini play ang video.
It was Ice, who looks so damn wasted.
He was resting his forearms on the table and was staring down.

A voice came, the couple knew who it was from, it was Ace.
"Why are you being like this because of your parents? Just who are they to you?"

Ice looked infront of him, like he was looking directly at the phone.
"My parents? My parents are the LARGEST walls in the world for me. But they are my everything. Haha, for Pete's sake, everything I did in this fucking life was for them. But because they are so large walls, no matter how much I approach them, I was very very small to be noticed. And because they are my everything, I still tried. And tried. And tried again. Even though I knew I won't gain anything from it, I still tried.. Like an idiot."

Ice paused for a while and wiped away the tears falling from his deep blue eyes he took from his mother.
Then he brushed his fingers through his light brown hair he took from his father.

The couple were too silent and didn't bother looking at each other's reaction. They are both dealing with an emotion swelling up within them that might burst any moment.

Ice sighed and continued, "all I ever wanted was to have those walls open up on their own and let me in. Let me in in their lives and give me that warmth I've been longing for all these years.
I tried my best. I approached in many ways. Did something I thought was impossible for me.. Because I want them to smile at me and say that I did a good job. But fuck, maybe my best wasn't enough.. I was still a nobody. A mistake. An accident."
