Chapter 6

*Hiccup's POV*
I looked down at the ground and back at Echo who has sad eyes. Our father standing there waiting to hear. I took a Deep breath and said," Me,Y/N,and Astrid went for a flight. Y/N got hit with a net from Dragon hunters. So did Echo. Now they have Y/N and want to trade the Dragon eye for her. I'm so sorry dad." I sighed and Echo wrapped himself around my feet and closed his eyes. I closed my eyes to for what was coming. My dad was angry. "Your sister is kidnapped?!," He yelled. "Yes,but-," I was cut off by his scream. I quickly hand him the letter. He reads it and looks somewhat more calm. He looks at me and says,"You're going Hiccup. Bring Y/N home." I nodded. I went to my hut to sleep.
*Y/N POV*
I wake up and try to sit up. A dragon hunter came over and gave me breakfast and water. I eat and drink. I slowly remember last night. It was weird. I sigh,but I heard footsteps coming. It was Viggo. "Good morning my dear. Ready for our match," he asked. I nodded. "Good,but we're on a time schedule. You might get to go back with your brother and fellow riders," he said. My heart raced. I couldn't wait,but something wasn't right. Viggo let me out led me to an open field with dragon hunters. "My favorite version of Maces and Talons," he said. You couldn't believe it.
*Time skipped by the Night Lights*
It was tied,but again...I missed something and lost. Damn you Viggo! I thought. I sighed and kicked a rock. "Time to go brother and rider." I just jumped to see Ryker and Dagur. You got dragged on to ship by Ryker and thrown in a cage and Dagur as the guard. You just went to a corner in the cage and hugged your knees to your chest as best you could. You knew it was going to be a long ride. Till Dagur said something that threw you off. "I'm going with you and Hiccup." You turned your head and whisper,"You try and kill us. Work with the dragon hunters. Now you're risking to help us?" Dagur said,"Dragons are nicer than these yakheads." You stared at him. He's telling the truth. "I trust you," you said and hugged your knees again and turned your head. You started humming. I'll swim and sail on savage seas...then Dagur butted in and sang. With never a fear of drowning. You smiled. "You know that song," you asked. "Every word," Dagur said. Mmm. Maybe he isn't that bad. You thought. You slowly fell asleep knowing what was coming.
*Everyone's POV*
Hiccup and the gang arrived on Changewing Island. Y/N's dragon Echo,was there and was waiting patiently for his rider. Out of the trees and bushes, Y/N appeared. She had Dagur and Viggo on both sides of her and Ryker behind her. Echo growled at them,but stopped when he saw Y/N. Dragons and the gang got into fighting potions when dragon hunters were around them. "Try anything,you and your dragons will be caught or killed," Viggo said. "Eye first Hiccup," Viggo said, his hand out. Hiccup walked up and gave him the dragon eye. "Now my sister Viggo," Hiccup said. Viggo stared at him. "I keep my word. Most of the time," Viggo said. Ryker grabbed Y/N and stabbed a dagger in her side. Y/N screamed. "No!," Hiccup screamed. Astrid tried to stop him from running,but Viggo and Ryker left. Dagur caught Y/N before she fell to the ground. A fight started with the hunters and the gang. Echo jumped towards Dagur and stared at him. Dagur lifted his hand for the dragon. Echo pressed his face in his hand. Dagur grabbed Y/N and quickly got on Echo. "D-Dagur? W-Where's Hiccup," Y/N said faintly. "He'll meet us Y/N,"Dagur said. "Hiccup! To the Edge! Retreat while you have the chance," Dagur yelled and flew to the Edge. Holding a passed out Y/N. The gang followed and started to head back to Dragon's Edge. Hiccup and Toothless caught up with Dagur,Y/N, and Echo. "Why help Dagur," Hiccup asked. "I have a different view on dragons now brother. Trust me," Dagur said. Hiccup looked at his sister. Dagur stopped the bleeding for the time being. Hiccup felt awful. Toothless purred, trying to get Hiccup to smile. "Not now bud," Hiccup whisper. "Sorry about our dad Dagur. He's at the Edge waiting," Hiccup said. Dagur nodded. They finally saw the Edge in view. "Well,here it goes," Hiccup and Dagur said.
