The next morning,Y/N went to get Dagur,but he was gone. Once she was downstairs,there was a note from Dagur.
Dear Y/N,
I had to go back to Berserker Island to check up on things. I won't be back for a few days. If you wish,you can come to the island. I'll just be busy a bit. Hope to see you soon.
             -Your boyfriend Dagur.
Y/N laughed and forgot Dagur was ruler of the island with Heather. But I need a dragon. Y/N thought. Then a crazy idea hit her. But she needed Hiccup's help.
Y/N ran to Hiccup's hut and knocked. Once inside, she sat down and smiled. "What are you thinking," Hiccup asked. "I have an idea of getting a new dragon. You fly me to Melody Island and stay for a few days till I figure it out," Y/N said excitedly. Hiccup looked at her. "Umm...no? You crazy? If the death song sees you,you're done for,"Hiccup said. "I can handle myself plus after the battle didn't Garff go there? So,if he remembers me then I'm fine,"Y/N said. Hiccup sighed and said,"Why Melody Island?" "Wild dragons. Beautiful place," Y/N said. "Fine,but five days and on the forth day,I check on you," Hiccup said. Y/N hugged Hiccup. "Thank you," Y/N said.
After packing and making sure Y/N had everything,Hiccup got Toothless and they went to Melody Island. "Hey Y/N? Why now you want another dragon? Not that it's bad,just curious," Hiccup asked. "I miss flying. I want to escape from things when I want. Can't without a dragon,"Y/N said. Once on Melody Island,Y/N grabbed her stuff,hugged Hiccup and started looking for a small cave. Once she found a cave she started to set up her camp.
*Y/N POV*
Once I was finished setting up, I sat there thinking, Ok. I know there's wild Nadders and Nightmares here. The famous Death Songs. I was interpreted by the roaring/melody of a death song at the entrance of the cave. Please be Garff please. I thought. I heard it come closer and closer. After what seemed like forever, It was in front of me a few feet away. It stared at me and I stared at it. I decided to make the sound that we taught Garff. After a few seconds,the death song jumped on me and licked me. He sang the tune back. It was Garff. "Hey there Garff! Oh you got big," I said laughing. He roared back. He looked around and titled his head after he got off me. He made a sound I only heard when he wanted to play with Echo and Stormfly. "I'm sorry Garff. Echo died after the battle. I'm here to find a new dragon," I said to him. Garff looked at with sad eyes. He laid next to me and rested his head in my lap and purred. I petted his head.
I decided it was time to sleep since tomorrow might be a long day.
*Hiccup's POV*
I felt weird leaving my sister alone on Melody Idea. Some wild dragons can't be tamed. "I hope Garff finds her or she finds him bud," I said to Toothless. Toothless roared.
Once we got to Berk,Astrid and the gang were waiting. "Hey guys. What's the matter," I asked getting off Toothless. "You actually left her on Melody Island? Why," Ruffnut said. "She wanted a new dragon," I said. "What's wrong with the ones here," Tuffnut said. "She didn't want a nadder,nightmare,gronckle,or zipplebsck. She wanted something different," I said. "Like Echo," Fishlegs said. Our father had a Thunder Drum,but now he has Skullcrasher. A rumblehorn. "I just hope Garff helps her," I said. "But what does she expect to find on Melody Island? Does she know something we don't," Astrid said. I shrugged. "I don't know," I said. I walked over and kissed Astrid on the cheek. "In three days I'm going to check on her. Unless she comes back on a dragon," I said. We all headed to our huts for the night.
*Y/N's POV*
I woke and Garff looked at me. "Let's get breakfast then I'm going to explore more into the cave," I said petting Garff. We went outside and Garff roared and flew off. Well,guess I'll see him later. I made a fishing pole and went fishing. After I caught a few fish, I went back to the cave and cooked them.
After I ate, I made a torch so I could see. Before I started,I heard a familiar roar. Oh Thor......the Skrill. I ran further into the cave. I followed it then I stopped. I'm soooo dead...the Skrill will kill me. There was a Skrill nest in front of me filled with 4 eggs. There were  a few big rocks next to the nest. I put out the torch and hid behind the rocks. The eggs lit up the cave area. The Skrill was by the nest. I could hear her smelling and moving her eggs around a little.i careful looked over to see the Skrill getting ready to lay down on the eggs. Ok,once she's asleep I'll go.
After a minute,she was asleep. I careful moved passed her and the nest. I can't see! With that thought,I kicked a rock. Thor.... I looked behind me and the mom eye's were wide open. "I'm going," I said calmly then I ran. I heard her roar. She was right behind me. I found my camp and I quickly grabbed my bag with most of the important things I need. I shot out of the cave and ran. That is so much a different Skrill! Not the same one! "Garff!," I screamed hoping he could hear. I looked behind me and didn't see the Skrill. I stopped and breathed in and out. I heard a thud. I slowly looked up. It was the Skrill. So close. I threw my stuff to the side, stuck out both my hands and walked backwards slowly. "I promise I don't want to hurt you or your eggs. I didn't know. I promise I'll go," I said before being backed into a tree. The Skrill sniffed me and growled. Electricity started surrounding the Skrill. Not again. Lightning hit besides me both left and right. I covered myself with my arms. I looked up and she was staring at me. She got closer. I slowly stuck out my hand,turned my head and closed my eyes. I felt her scales. She looked beautiful. She was mixed of red and blue. With hints of black. Her eyes were yellow. "Well,let's see how about Melody," I said. She roared and nuzzled my hand. "Now let's go to your nest," I said she roared and picked me up. I screamed in joy. "This is amazing," I screamed before we landed at the cave. Garff was there and got defensive. "No Garff. Melody,it's ok. Garff look," I showed Garff it's ok. "Also,her nest is in there," I said. Garff roared and moved. Melody went inside and me and Garff followed. Wait,till Hiccup comes and sees this.
