Dragons,Love,& War

Chapter 20

The dragons that took Hiccup and Y/N followed the mystery rider to an icy dorm cave.(Y'all know I mean the sanctuary.) The dragons dropped them onto a rock platform where other dragons surrounded them. The bigger dragons opened their mouths with fire to light the cave. Hiccup let zippleback gas go and lit it up with inferno. The dragons looked at it awe. Water dragons threw Toothless and Melody up with Hiccup and Y/N. When the masked figure came out,Toothless and Melody growled,wrapped and placed themselves in front of Y/N and Hiccup. The figure stuck out their hands and both dragons were on their backs with their tongue out. The figure place a hand on both their cheeks and jerk back saying their names. "Hiccup and Y/N?" "Sorry are we supposed to know you," Hiccup said. "No you two were just babes," the masked figured said. The person removed their mask to show a woman under it. Y/N and Hiccup gasped in shocked. Remembering the drawing Y/N did they knew the woman was their mom. Melody and Toothless looked at the woman and purred. "Come," she said with a smile and a small gustier with her hand. They followed her through tunnels and ice. "Wait! You're our mom? How," Hiccup said trying to catch up with her. Y/N close behind him. Melody and Toothless followed trying to fit through the small openings.
Finally,they stopped in a giant open area. Dragons flew all around them. "You helped them," Hiccup said. "Yes. Save them from trappers and more," Valka said. They walked to the edge and looked to see a giant dragon. "He's the alpha. He protects us," Valka said. The alpha raised up and looked at Hiccup and Y/N. He blew lightly of his icy cold breath at them. "He likes ya both," she said. Baby dragons were messing with Toothless and Melody. Melody roared then took off to an opening. "She probably is waiting for her babies," Y/N said. "It's lunchtime," said Valka. She got on Cloudjumper and Hiccup and Y/N got on Toothless. "Been awhile since this huh Y/N," Hiccup said. Y/N said,"Yeah." Once to open waters, Hiccup said,"Thought we were getting lunch?" Valka laughed and said,"We are." And pointed down. The alpha jumped up and spited fish into the air. Dragons drove for them. "Go ahead bud," Hiccup said. Toothless took off. Hiccup held on to the saddle and Y/N screamed and held onto Hiccup.
Once back at the Sanctuary, Hiccup talked with their mom. Y/N was with Melody and the babies. Hiccup came back and sat with Toothless,Melody,Y/N and the babies. Y/N was about to say something,when a hand covered her mouth. Melody and Toothless growled and stop. It was Stoick. "Dad? What are you doing here," Hiccup said. "Saving both of you. Let's go," Gobber said. "Dad wait," Y/N said and followed. Hiccup followed and said,"Dad. We need to talk." "It'll wait son,"Stoick said. Gobber came walking backwards with shock on his face. "You might want to take this one," he said. Stoick walked ahead and through the hole in the rocks. Y/N and Hiccup following with Gobber and the dragons behind them. Stoick stopped and stared. Valka stood there waiting. Stoick walked closer to where she stood and placed a hand on her cheek. "You're just as beautiful as the day I lost you," he said. They kissed.
All of them headed back to where Valka would cook lunch. Valka threw fish on the floor for Cloudjumper,Melody,and Toothless,but Cloudjumper ate it all. Toothless and Melody looked at Cloudjumper and he coughed up some fish. Melody and Toothless ate it. Stoick started whilst a tune all knew all too well. Valka froze.(Once more,I'll post the song video,but I ain't going to write it again 😂.) Stoick and Valka danced while everyone watched in amazement. Y/N and Hiccup were so happy to see their dad and mom together. Dancing and laughing. "Val. Would you come back to Berk with me? With us? We can be a family again," Stoick said. "Yes," Valka said. Then it stopped. The dragons acted weird and growled. The sanctuary started shaking. They ran out and saw they were under attack by Drago. "We need to protect the dragons," Valka said. They got ready for battle.(Yes I'm aware I'm missing parts,but hush! I'm luck to even get this chapter published😩. I'll try and write when I can and I'm sorry please bare with me!!!)
