Chapter thirteen

Veer's POV

"Veer... Wake up"

"Where.. where the hell am I?" I said realising I was tied up to a chair.

"God such a dramatic fellow you are Veer.. And now answer this call" he said

I looked at the phone and realized who it was.

Mahi Bhai
Calling...

"If you tell him a word, remember your family is in my custody. My people are still at the hospital" he warned.

"Hello?"

"Veere Where are you?"

"Bhai I'm at a friend's place." I said.

"Aunty called me up. She said you didn't reach home. So I got worried." He said.

And then yesterday's events began flashing in my mind.

"Mahi Bhai..." I said my voice choking.

"Veere? Are you okay?"

"I.. I.. I'll talk to you later" I said as I signalled him to hang up.

Tears fell from my face.

"Randhir how is Samara?" I asked

"She's. She's... Dead Veer. The doctors couldn't save her" he replied.

He then untied my ropes

His words splinter inside me causing more pain than Team India losing the world cup.

Samara is dead.The doctors couldn't save her.

He's telling me that there will be no more walks in the park, no more surprise dinners and I won't see her forever.

My life from here on in is all murders,kidnap and giving pain until I die.

I don't want it, not any of it.

And Last year I put down my spaniel to save him from  my family from a painful end, I ended up getting suspended from the team

Perhaps if I scream and scream for long I thought I will forget her.

I screamed for one last time.

Six months later.

"Please please let me go. I promise I'll do whatever you want"

"Where was this sense before we came to you?" Arjun the sidekick said

He nodded in response.

And then six shots fired.

According to our sources Veer Kapoor Is now a vigilant. Just like Robinhood Veer Kapoor is torturing the rich and helping the needy.

And the biggest question is should he be arrested for what he's doing?
That's left for the people and the judicial system to decide.
