Woohoo my readers are still here 😂😂

Sorry guys if these last 2 chapters were rushed, I'm just binge reading the percy jackson series again, because I just love it.

I stood up in shock, unsure of what I should do.

"Um, what?" I asked, confusion clear in my voice.

Percy sighed. "I said it once, and I'm not going to say it again."

"Who, who is this girl, don't worry I won't tell her." I sat back down, and patted his hand in reassurance.

"If I told you, you'd laugh." Percy gulped, his face not meeting mine.

I was starting to fume. "Why does no one trust me? Gods Percy, if you can't tell me that's okay, i-its just," I threw my hands in frustration, "it's annoying, okay?"

"Sometimes I wonder if you're oblivious too." Percy chuckled.

"What?" My voice was deadly quiet.

"Because I, Percy Jackson, am hopelessly in love with Annabeth Chase."

My head felt giddy after that, and then I wanted to burst at him, but I couldn't spit out the words, so I started on the problems about this.

"What would Rachel think about this?" I whispered, my voice echoing in the empty corridor.

"What? Are you taking about," he scooted closer to me, his face inches away from mine, "this."

He kissed me, a light sweet kiss that caused my stomach to bubble, and as he carried on, I just stood there, wondering what was going on.

"You were talking about that, right?" Percy asked, frowning at me.

"You, you kissed me." I pointed at his face then mine, and then broke into a smile. "You kissed me!"

Percy smiled back, then looked at the broken vase.

"So ... Rachel just broke up with me, and then I kissed you." He seemed scared, like I would lash out.

"Can we wait?" I asked a bit too eagerly, this would look desperate.

Percy seemed to understand too. "Yeah, I think that is a good thing, but this is going to be so awkward."

"Rachel would understand." I said, doubt in my voice.

"No, she wouldn't." He admitted.

"Well then Percy, either you 'just kissed me', or we tell the others." I told him, a bit angry that this would how my love life would be,

A secret.

Percy shook his head vigorously. "No, I changed my mind. I'll tell Rachel immediately, how about school tomorrow?"

I nodded, then left the boy to pick up the broken glass.

~~~
"You're going to text me, okay? About you and Percy, no?" Rachel told me, she was about to leave to the all girls school, a promise she had made to her father.
"Of course, but you sure you don't mind?" When I told Rachel about Percy kissing me, she was ecstatic. Practically screaming across the room when we had a sleepover.
"Of course I don't, and anyway, you should be the one minding. Boys are just." She made a face of disgust. "Ugh."
"So you're not going to date?" I hesitantly asked. "Anyone?"
"Girl, who says you have to date, when you can just have a cat or a dog." She raised her hands. "And then BOOM! Your new partner for life."
I rolled my eyes to which she laughed,  and then slumped once hearing the familiar sound of her chauffer's voice, calling for her to get inside the car.
"Rachel, it is now time to go!" He called, tapping his shoe on the floor impatiently.
It was only me and Rachel now, the others told her goodbye, but left so me and her could talk.
Rachel had tears coming down her face. "You guys won't forget me, right?" Her voice was shaky.
"Oh Gods, don't worry Rachel. Your face will be plastered all over the world for world's best artist." Tears were forming in my eyes too, but I refused for them to get out.
Rachel gave me a bone-crushing hug, before walking quite slowly to the car, her luggage held in her right hand tightly.
"Bye, Rachel!" I called, waving my hand for her to see one more time.
"Goodbye Annabeth! Tell the others I'm gone now, I love you guys!" She called as the car drove by, me wiping the brave tears that dared come down my face.
The others came back from their little trip, wondering how my talk went.
"Is she okay?" Piper asked, giving me a hug as she realised my eyes were still red.
"Yeah, she just told me that she'll miss you guys, and not to forget about her." My voice was shaky at the last bit.
"We won't, she's amazing!" Jason said, to which we all nodded, a silence passing through us.
"You know what? I think we should go for some ice cream!" Thalia said, breaking the small, yet peaceful silence that lingered across my group of friends.
They all nodded, except for me.
"Sorry guys, but me and Luke are going to some diner, to talk." I nervously told them.
Thalia seemed to tense up a bit, but quickly pulled back to her normal self. "Great, we'll come too. We'll sit at another table, but you know, can still talk."
I couldn't find a fault in that, so I nodded, then noticed everyone was silent.
"What's wrong?" I asked, then realised, our usual prankster and funny guy was gone.
"Where's Leo?" I asked Piper and Jason, knowing that the three of them were pretty close.
"Leo has to sign some papers, for his deceased sister and mom, apparently it was on purpose, not by accident." Piper quietly told me.
I instantly paled, and Frank caught on to it, so did Percy thankfully.
"What's wrong? Do you know something about it?" Frank asked me, a hint of suspicion on his voice.
"No, it's just that Leo must be pretty upset." I quickly lied, for a girl who hated drama, I was a pretty good actor when it came to my fate.
"Huh." Frank said, still giving me a look.
"Huh what?" I asked, crossing my arms as well.
"Nothing, I'm just a bit ... "
"Curious."
And right when Frank told me that, a loud scream deafened my ears, and I could just about hear the cries of my friends as a large object met with my head.
I plunged into darkness.
