a couple minutes pass and it seems like we forgot about the whole tori pushing me down situation. we just enjoyed each other's company as we cuddled up with each other and watched orange is the new black.

a couple episodes into the television show, i start to feel a bit dizzy and tired. i ignored it and kept on watching. a couple minutes pass and then, being the usual bother i am, i immediately stand up from my spot and run upstairs, to the restroom. by now, i felt like throwing up.

no, this isn't right. was it the medicine the doctors gave me after the surgery?

i made it to the bathroom in time and lifted up the toilet seat, throwing up a lot of blood.

ew

i started to gag and breathe unusually.
what's happening to me?

"jess? are you okay?" i faintly heard him from the first floor. i couldn't answer, my throat was aching intensely. suddenly, daniel rushed upstairs when he heard the gagging from the bathroom, running over to me to pat my back over and over.

"is that...blood?" he shockingly asks, trying to calm himself down also. i nodded, coughing out more blood. by now, i couldn't take anymore of the pain. i started to cry. daniel kept patting my back, saying a chain of words i couldn't contemplate in my brain.

after a little bit more coughing, i finally get done with all the blood and slump on the floor, with little to no energy or strength left in my brain.

my vision was blurred, i barely even saw daniel's face as he was right in front of me. just random splotches of dull, faint color around me. i try to close my eyes for a moment, but daniel's shouts won't let me. for some reason, i felt fine. better than before at-least. all i need right now, is sleep.

"d-daniel" i try to say, placing my hand in his carefully. "i just need...r-rest." i say, pretty slowly, my brain power drained completely. "o-okay." he replies, suddenly picking me up and leaving me in his room on his bed.

"jess, when you feel better, you can clean
up, okay?" i shockingly nodded to his reply and turned over to the side and groaned, soon getting another saying from daniel. "sleep well, jess."

uh, wow. he's making me clean up? nuh uh

but that's when i instantly fell asleep.
