Celeste lived a hard life.
She lived with an abusive mother who was so bad her father left. After her mom's overdose she was sent away into the foster care system, bouncing from one home to another. Things only got worst when she turned 18 and...
The first thing they did when they got into the hospital was call for help. Nurses quickly rushed over to Celeste to help her.
"What's wrong?" The nurse asked.
"I'm in fucking labour," Celeste yelled. One of the nurses went and got a wheelchair for her before coming back. They put her in a wheelchair and moved her down to a ward. When they got there the doctor said three people were allowed into the delivery room.
"I'll stay here, I might take up room," he said referring to his wheelchair.
"Oh fuck that Lorenzo. You're her husband, you have to come in and support her," Hye-Jin said.
"Plus, if you're not in there, she'll kick everyone's asses, including ours," Hye-Jin said.
"Who's coming in?" The nurse asked.
"Us," Lorenzo said indicating him, Trinity and Hye-Jin. The nurse nodded and handed them scrubs and gloves before she told them to put them on. When Celeste got into the room, she was changed into a hospital gown.
"Hello Celeste, how are you?" The doctor(Obstetrician-gynecologist) asked.
"I'm in fucking pain," she yelled.
"I can see that," he said.
"Then why would you ask?" Trinity asked.
"Seriously," Hye-Jim agreed.
"Can't you put her on epidural?" Lorenzo asked.
"It's too late," The doctor said.
"We have to do this now," The nurse said. The nurses helped place monitors on her belly to monitor both the baby's heart rate and her contractions. The doctor put on his gloves before he spread open Celeste legs in order to see the baby. Before he started the procedure, the doctor checked if she had reached 10 centimetres dilated so that she wouldn't be injured during the process of pushing.
"Now Celeste, I'm gonna need you to push for me okay?" He said. She nodded and held onto Lorenzo hand before she complied.
"Alright, Ready? One, two, three, push," he said. She yelled as she pushed as hard as she could. The pain was excruciating because it felt like her vagina was expanding more than it should.
"Again. One, two, three, push," He said which she did again. This process continued about twelve more times until it was time for the final push.
"You're almost there. I just need you to push one more time as hard as you can. One...two...three!!!" He said.
"Ahhhh," she yelled and groaned as she pushed as hard as she could while squeezing the life out of Lorenzo's hand.
"It's a boy," Lorenzo said. The doctor then pulled the baby out completely and Celeste was able to lay back and breath. The doctor took the baby over to a cut the baby's umbilical cord and clean him up.
"You did amazing, Mio Amore," Lorenzo said with a smile which she returned. Although it was a little difficult because she was tired, but he understood that and was proud of her for going through it. The doctor wrapped the baby in a blue blanket and handed him over to Celeste to hold. She looked at her son he was the most precious thing she had ever seen in her who like.
"So what do name will you name him? The doctor asked.
"I don't know," she replied as she ran her hand around the top of her sons head.
"I want his first name to be Alphonso. For my papa," Lorenzo said.
"That's beautiful, Love. I love that idea," she said.
"How about Alphonso Andolini Russo?" He asked.
"Change the middle?" She asked.
"What about Celeste's maiden name?" Trinity asked.
"Alphonso Raine Russo? I like that," she said.
"Then Alphonso Raine Russo is it," he said.
"He's so beautiful," Hye-Jin said.

"He really is and I don't even like kids. I think he's gonna change my mind about that," Trinity said. Lorenzo remained quiet as he gazed at his child with deep affection as his heart was filled with feelings of love. Celeste looked over to Lorenzo and smiled as she looked between him and their son.
"Do you wanna hold him?" She asked.
"Can I?" He questioned.
"No shit, you're his dad," she replied with a soft laugh before she lifted her son and handed him over to Lorenzo. Lorenzo is held onto him and brought him down onto his lap with a lot of caution.
"Hi there. How are you? I'm your papa," Lorenzo said as he coddled his son. This made her heart melt because seeing the man she loves holding her newborn son was almost ear-jerking. The doctor told Trinity and Hye-Jin that since the birth occurred, after the doctor did a few test just to make sure everything was running smoothly, the rest of the friends and family were allowed to enter. One by one they all gathered around Celeste as she softly and slowly rocked her son left to right.
"He's so cute," Irene gushed.
"I know right," T.J agreed.
"What's his name?" Raven asked as he loved over at the baby with much joy.
"His name is Alphonso Raine Russo," Lorenzo said.
"For papa," Luca said.
"He would've loved to be here," Irene said as she slipped her shoulder, feeling saddened by the thought of her father.
"He is here. He's always here, forever," Giovanni said as he placed a hand on her shoulder.
"This is perfect," Celeste stayed.
"What is?" Hye-Jin asked.
"This. For years I thought I was going to be alone, or die on the streets and now I'm surrounded by all of you. I just wanna say thanks cause I could've done a lot of shit without you guys. Especially you," she said as she held onto Lorenzo's hand.
"I love you so much, Mio Amore," He said.
"Me too," she said before she lent down and gave him a kiss on the pipes while she tight, yet gently held onto Alphonso.
They all stayed in the room with Celeste and Lorenzo and talked about what they would do now. They were about to embark on their new adventure of raising a family together, but they weren't because in the end they have each other. Not only that but they have amazing people in their life who are there whenever they need them. Therefore, Celeste and Lorenzo's life together would be long and joyful because they have everything they need and everything hey could ever ask for.
