While Celeste was enjoying time with her new friends, Lorenzo was causing hell for everyone around him.
"WHERE THE FUCK IS SHE!!!!!" Lorenzo yelled before he grabbed a vase and threw it at the two guards. They dodged the vase leading it to hit the wall, shattering.
"We don't know, Sir. We apologize," the two said.
"Last time I checked, I left you two to watch her," he said.
"We're sorry, Sir. We don't know how she got away," one of them said.
"You don't know how she got away!!!" He yelled. Lorenzo yelled in anger at the two. Silvio attempted to calm him down, but Lorenzo only pushed him away roughly. "Get the fuck out of my face. You're fired. If I ever see another one of you again I'll fucking kill you."
The two men bowed before they scurried off with their heads down. Lorenzo walked over to the two other men there with his arms crossed.
"Go take out the trash," he ordered. The nodded their heads and ran out after them. The next thing to be heard was the sound of multiple gunshots being fired.
"Find her now," he said as he poked Silvio in the chest. Silvio pulled his phone out from his pocket and made a phone call to the only person he knew could find her.
Hello?
"Lola? This is Silvio. I need you're help finding someone," he said.
"I don't do that anymore, Silvio"
"It's for Lorenzo," He said. The line was silent for a moment as he waited for her response. He knows that her deep care for Lorenzo would force her to help whether she wanted to or not.
"Fine, I'll be there in an hour," she said before hanging up the phone. He smirked as he went up to Lorenzo's office and knocked on the door before entering. Lorenzo lifted his head from his hand as he sat up straight.
"What?" he asked.
"I made a call," Silvio said.
"To who?" He asked.
"Lola Santos," Silvio said as he said in the chair in front of Lorenzo's desk.
"I thought she gave up this life," he said.
"You're never really done when it comes up to family," Silvio said.
"How long until she gets here?" Lorenzo asked.
"An hour," he said. Lorenzo nodded before he shooed Silvio off and sat back in his chair as he worried for Celeste and her well being. It was a foreign feeling to him since the last time he worried like this it was for her. Every time she was out of his sight he'd go crazy. Now he was experiencing it all over again. While waiting in the entrance for Lola, Silvio decided to clean up the mess. He went over to the supply closet and pulled out the dustpan before he back and swept up the shattered pieces of porcelain on the tiles. He went into the kitchen and threw them out into the garbage before he placed the dustpan on the counter. As he poured himself a cup of black coffee. He held onto his gun and slowly made his way to the door. Although he knew Lola would be arriving, he still remained cautious and prepared for an attack. He quickly opened the door, but put his gun back in the band of his jeans when he saw if was Lola.
"Ah Silvio. You never change. Still so hostile," she said as she entered the house.
"You always have to be careful in this business," he responded. She nodded her head while she walked around the entrance as she taking it all in. It felt nostalgic to be standing underneath that glistening chandelier, in front of the marble staircase and next to her old friend. She hadn't been there since the death of Martina and never in her mind would she think she'd be back.
