It was a beautiful sunny day in the small town of Riverdale and Archie, Betty, Jughead and Veronica were busy walking home from school and talking about how boring their classes were.
"I've got three assignments to finish before next week and I don't know how I'm gonna finish all three of them before next Monday" Archie sighed.
"Same here. I guess High School gets harder every year" Jughead said.
*screech*
The four teenagers turned around and that's when Archie sprang into immediate action. He pushed his friends out of the way but before he could save himself as well, he was struck by the car. His body hit the windscreen and he ended up bashing the side of his head on the top of the windscreen. He then rolled off the car and then hit the ground with a thud. Hitting his head again but this time, on the hard pavement.
The driver driving the car didn't bother to stop and they just kept driving off, leaving three teenagers horrified and one critically injured.
"ARCHIE!" Veronica, Jughead and Betty shouted at the same time as they all scrambled to their feet and then ran to Archie.
Veronica was the first to reach Archie's non-moving body. She was about to turn him over onto his back when Jughead told her not to because it could make any injuries that Archie has, worse.
Archie sat up with a gasp for air. He then looked around with eyes widened, trying to figure out what happened.
"CALL AN AMBULANCE! NOW!" Veronica screamed as she looked at Jughead and Betty.
Archie then turned around and saw Betty and Jughead standing over a body on the road and Veronica was on her knees and holding the body's hand. Archie then stood up and then that's when he saw that it was his body.
"What the hell?" Archie said to himself as he looked at his body on the ground.
He then looked at all the cuts on his face, the blood on his Varsity jacket and the blood on the side of his face and nose.
He then began to panic as he then looked around and saw several people walking towards him. Then as he turned to the right a little, he saw his mom and dad running towards him.
Archie then turned and looked back down at his friends.
Soon an ambulance arrived and several paramedics jumped out of the ambulance with a stretcher and medical supplies
