Here we are again.
An entire parade,
A full stadium,
Just to look down on you.
The worlds out to get you,
You're the one who needs saving.
I've been to hell and come back,
I've got nothing to lose but you.
Pulling against the chains,
As you cling to them.
You turn a blind eye,
You've got more than I do.
You have people who care,
I've been on my own,
Since that last teardrop.
Nothing left when I came back.
Just a world,
That sees the devil in every heart.
I've been enough of a person,
To know you can't hear me.
That you don't care,
That these words are just that.
I feel them,
Every letter,
Every word,
Every comma,
Every period.
It means something to me,
And neither of you have felt it.
