• always make sure you're rested. if you need to take a nap 😴, make it no more than 30 minutes to get a refreshed feeling.
• stay snacked. make sure you have healthy snacks available. try granola bars or fruit 🍉.
• drink 🍹 a lot of water 💧. it helps the brain 🧠 stay alert and it's great 👍for your skin.
• take breaks. straight studying is only a recipe for failure. take a 10 minute break every 30 minutes.
• take notes and talk out loud. by writing ✍️ things down and repeating them out loud, it'll stay locked 🔒 in your brain.
• if you're making a study 📖 guide, make it like you're going to give it to someone
• if you're making flash cards don't make ones for stuff you already know. make 3 flash cards of 3 quick things is all you need
• stop after a few sections of reading and make sure you actually recall what you just learned and summarize it
• spend more time on your homework each week and you'll need to study less
• make your own study/review game
