-invest in a silk pillowcase. it helps avoid hair breakage and damage, keeping your hair soft and frizz-free. there are also claims that it helps minimize wrinkles (however, i'm not sure it's true)
-apply hair oils before you go to bed. coconut oil, black castor oil, etc.
-apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (vaseline) on your feet, then wear socks after to wake up with soft feet.
-be sure to wash, exfoliate, and moisturize before bed
-moisturize your lips before bed so you wake up with soft lips.
