- drink water while studying
- listen to music you like
- study for 20 minutes, then take a 5 minute break
- start studying at least 2 days before the exam
- ask for help if you need it
- if you don't have time to study everything, study the first 20% and then the last 20%
- get a planner and organize
- move your phone away, it distracts you
- get some sleep
