A/N: HEY! THIS IS THE FIXED VERSION! I didn't realized I fucked up the ending until a few days ago so it's fixed now! Yay! 😂😂

He suppose it was his fault. Yeah, it was.... Wasn't it?
Who else would chase him out the door?
Sebastian curls himself on the couch in defeat as the energy remained heavy in the apartment because of Chris and his argument.
Chris walked out the door.
Sebastian sat there, blaming himself as the guilt and regret sinks in the longer he thinks about the argument.
It was his jealousy.
Chris had been hanging out with one of his friends for a while. A little longer than usual.

It shook Sebastian up so much that he talked to Chris.
Chris said not to worry and that he was just a friend. But then Chris started to come home real late. 3am late.
When Sebastian questioned him, he would push it off and go to bed.
Sebastian had enough and started a conversation that broke out in an argument.

"So what you're telling me, Sebastian, is that you don't trust me anymore?!?"

"It's hard to trust you when you're hanging out with a friend until 3am! That's not normal of how you're spending more time with him instead of me. It's suspicious!!"

"Sebastian, you should know I would never cheat. I would never even consider it!!"

"It's hard to believe you when there are evidence of possibilities!!"

Silence until Chris spoke.

"I.... Can't believe you, Sebastian. I would never hurt you like that! But if you can't trust me here then what are we going to do, huh?!?"

Sebastian stayed silent for a moment. Anger still boiling in him.

"I can't trust you when you hide things from me. You won't even tell me why you have been with him almost every night until 3 am. It's..."
He huffed in frustration as the feeling to cry was burning his throat.

Chris stayed silent then put his coat on and grabbed his keys. Without another word, he left.
That's where Sebastian slowly starts to calm down and feels guilt settled, followed by regret.

Sebastian kept the small, steady hope of Chris coming back around 3 am. Well, he'd have to come back, He thought, if Chris was leaving leaving then he would have packed his stuff or something to indicate he was leaving for good.
But all he did was grab his coat and keys and left.
Maybe he'll be back?

Sebastian stayed curled up and painfully watched the clock as the hours slowly ticked by.
The closer it got to 3am, the more his hope drained down.
He was silently hoping to hear keys slide into the doorknob look.
The click of it unlocking and Chris walking in.
But nothing.

At some point, Sebastian passed out on the couch a few minutes before 3am as he last remembered at least.
He woke up around 8:07am as the clock flashed, taunting him and making him realize that Chris still wasn't home.
Sebastian pushed himself up and looked around. Everything was still in place and Chris's jacket was still gone. Meaning, so was he.

Sebastian breathed and went to try to call him but realized he never saw Chris go and grab his phone charger so his phone may be dead but Sebastian decided to try. Surprisingly, he heard it ring.
Usually Chris would answer fairly fast to Sebastian when he calls but this time, it kept ringing and ringing and ringing.
Voicemail.
Sebastian left a short one. Giving a small please call back.
That was it.
Sebastian then called Mackie.
He needed a distraction.
Mackie answered almost instantly, "Hey, Sebastian."
"Hey... Are you busy?"
"Nah. Just bored at work."
Sebastian smiled, "not busy there huh?"
"Yeah. Scarlett is torturing me with her favorite girly drinks. Wasting the cafe's supplies."
Sebastian heard Scarlett's faint voice, "hey! You love almost all of them!"
Sebastian smiled more, "I'm gonna be there in a few minutes."
"Good, you can be Scarlett's tasting victim."
Sebastian laughed and even if Mackie didn't notice, Sebastian knew it was a forced laugh.
