A/N: Hello. I am back.  Yes. ANYWAYS warning: Smut (that's later on.) and some stories about the abusive relationship.Trust me. It was worth the wait. Or not... Whatever.

THIS IS PT. 2 OF THE LAST CHAPTER:

Months seemed to drag on fairly slowly. The first to about the fourth month has been especially hard on Sebastian. Brian was a stubborn little shit to where Sebastian had to go to court to get his damn stuff and make sure Brian couldn't get anywhere close to him too. Brian fought like a motherfucker against the restraining order but unfortunately, for Brian, there was so much evidence on Sebastian's body and receipts showing he had to replace his phone about 15 different times because Brian had picked it up and smashed it to pieces during aggressive arguments between the two. Plus Chris had a blast testifying the moments of where he and Mackie were at their home once and heard the sounds and cries from their bedroom whenever Seb would "step out of line". Plus the events that broke out at the restaurant. Most would say Brian was a dumbass.

*In court; four months ago*

"Mr. Evans, What is your relations with Mr. Stan?"

"Sebastian is a very close friend of mine. Known him for a good while."

"Mhm. And how would you explain the relationship between Mr. Stan and Mr. Roberts?"

"Not even close to the definition of healthy."

Brian gave Chris a cold and hard glare as Sebastian, for most of the session, kept his gaze at the floor unless he was asked a question by the judge. Chris kept most of his attention at the attorney and Sebastian. Not batting a single eye towards Brian.

"Why do you say that?"

"Because I've heard it. And seen enough."

"What do you mean you heard it? Like you heard it from Mr. Stan, himself or you heard it from a friend?"

Chris shook my head, "Another friend of ours and I went over to see Sebastian. It seemed that every time it seemed that Sebastian would "mess up" or "step out of line", Brian would grab him and take them into the bedroom. What we could hear is crashing and-"

Chris stopped and suddenly started to feel this knot twist up in his stomach. The attorney cocked her head to the side, concerned, "Mr. Evans?"

"Hm?"

"Please continue"

"Right..", Chris coughed then cleared his throat, "We heard crashing and banging and...yelling....crying from Sebastian. And when they came back out, there was a new bruise on...Seb."

Chris' voice was leaving him during the sentence, getting Sebastian's full attention.

Brian's lawyer then stood up as Sebastian's went to talk to him. "Your honor, i have a question for the witness."

The judge allowed it and Chris knew this attorney was going to drill him as best he could to get Brian off the hook. No chance.

"Mr. Evans. If these events that you "claimed" happened, why didn't you and this friend call the police or restrain Mr. Roberts from harming Mr. Stan any more?"

Chris breathed, "Sebastian told me and the friend not to. Pleaded."

Both Sebastian's attorney and himself looked at Chris, Sebastian's eyes wide and Brian's attorney turned to look at Seb then back to Chris, "he told you to not call the police?"

Chris nodded. The attorney then shook his head in confusion, "Why would Mr. Stan tell you not to help him?"

"He was scared and he attempted to call the police before several times but the calls were then blown off as fake because every time they would come to check it out. Everything appeared to be okay. According to Brian."
