I passed my bedroom where Derek was sleeping and went to the bathroom. The test. I thought. I ran to the room and quietly took the box out of my purse.
I felt like I was going to be sick. It felt like the longest two minutes of my life. When I looked at the white stick I started puking.
I grabbed my phone and text Katie.
To:Siister
Positive. Meet up??
Not even a minute passed before my phone started vibrating.
From: Siister
FUCK YES! Starbucks in five??
Starbucks. Typical Katie.

Sure. Luh you XD
I met Katie at Starbucks and she was so excited when she saw me. "Guess who's gonna be the godmother??" I said cheerfully. "Oh ma geerd no effin way!!" She said. "Did you Tell Derek?????" Katie said as the waitress brought out coffee. I sighed and said, "Not yet."
"Why?!"
"I don't know. He was asleep and I wasn't gonna wake him. Do you think he'll be excited. I'm freaking out because he wasn't supposed to be able to... you know." I said. "Oh." Katie said as she stirred her coffee. "I'll tell him when I get home. I promise." I said.
