Chapter 23: Thalia VS Alice

“So what’s our first plan of attack?” Alice eagerly asked. Diana paced around the Team DARC dorm room and thought for a good minute about her answer.

“I think I have an idea, so I’ll need your full co-operation for this, Alice” Diana began to explain. Alice grinned with excitement as she took a step closer to Diana,

“What do you need me to do?” She asked quickly, her left eye twitching just a bit.

“I need you to set up a play date with Hunter, Night and Dust” Diana explained with a smirk, “Those three are mischief’s that need to be taught a lesson!” Alice started to twitch and shake a bit as her excitement got the better of her,

“And the girl is still my prey? You promised me she would be!” Alice spoke loudly as she began to giggle creepily in between sentences. Diana grinned as she knew that she could rely on Alice to do her biddings,

“Yes, Thalia is still your prey. Make sure to leave Hunter relatively okay, I don’t want the beast to be too wounded before the Huntress puts him down. As for Night and Dust, do as you wish. Ramona won’t care how much you harm or wound Dust, she just wants him dead” Diana finished explaining.

“Thank you, Master! I will do as you ask” Alice replied as the disturbing girl walked out of the room, grinning demonically as she laughed to herself out loud.

“Is this your class for today?” Night whispered as he sat next to Thalia. The two always sat together whenever they had class together, especially for teachers like Port. Thalia’s face was slightly red from her blushing; which she was unaware that she was blushing.

“Yep! After this I’m totally free” Thalia whispered as she winked at Night. Night smiled warmly as the two continued their conversation. Alice was sitting in the front of the class as she usually would. She glanced behind her and looked at Night and Thalia. She grinned as she activated her illusion semblance on Night,

“Run little rabbit, run” Alice thought as the illusion began to consume Night’s thoughts.

Night looked around at the seemingly empty room, there was only him, his desk and Thalia sitting next to him. The girl was looking around the room as well; both of them were confused out of their minds.

“What’s going on?” Night questioned as he stood up from his chair. Thalia grabbed onto Night’s arm as she remained seated,

“I’m glad you could join me, Night” Thalia mumbled through her giggling, which sounded oddly animal-like. “I’ve been waiting so long for this!” Night pulled his arm back as Thalia let go, the blacksmith had never felt so confused in his life,

“Thalia? What the hell are you talking abou-“

“DON’T SPEAK!” Thalia roared, “Our fun has only begun, my little rabbit!” Suddenly Thalia’s body began to twist and turn into a larger beast, it was long and covered in black, mangy fur, its eyes were bright orange, its grey mask and pieces of armour were covered in red symbols as its long tail swung back and forth violently.

Night reached for Midnight Rubix as he stared in fear at the Shadow-Walker. For an unknown reason, Midnight Rubix had disappeared and so did the desk Night was previously sitting on. Now the surrounding area was surrounded with flames, but instead of being red or orange they were black, as black as Hunter’s aura. The Shadow-Walker’s tail stabbed through Night’s body, causing him to scream in pain,

“You’re always ruining my plans” Hunter’s voice echoed as the black flames moved in closer around the Shadow-Walker and Night,

“Fuck off already!” Thalia screamed over and over again, each time getting progressively louder.
