I watched Arthur & George when it aired on PBS in 2015, a little then it did in ITV. What caught my interest was that it was partly about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, remembered best as the author of the Sherlock Holmes stories. Some people might not know that Conan Doyle did some detective work of his own, and what made the miniseries more interesting to me is that it's based on a true story. I don't think the show or the book it was based on were entirely historically accurate, but I think it might be worth watching if you like a good mystery.
