RACINE

Thankfully I had a cardigan that I could put over my top as I dried and removed a lot of the stain but of course not all of it and now am wearing a sticky shirt.

I then hurried to get in line at the gate where my plane was at and waited in line as they called my row up to start boarding.

While standing in line, I had noticed that it was a long line and that even though I was sure the plane was not going to leave without all of us, I was getting irritated when I noticed after several minutes that the line wasn't moving and it was already a few minutes past the time I should have been already on the plane and in my seat, ready to take off.

Today so far wasn't going all too great and I began getting more and more stressed by every minute we weren't boarding. Then as soon as I looked around the line towards the front and saw a girl giggling as she seemed to be too distracted in flirting with some guy who I recognized the moment I heard him talk to her.

It was that asshole that bumped into me and caused me to spill coffee all over myself. Unbelievable. I don't fucking believe this. That was it, I wasn't letting him cause me to be late or any of these poor people who needed to get to their loved ones or what not.

"Hey! Do you think you two can possibly hurry up and make a play date so that the rest of us can board?! SOME of us have important places to be at!" I exclaimed and people began to clap.

Then the girl scowled at me and he just looked back at me and grinned then winked before he started boarding.

When I got up to the girl and handed her my ticket, she continued to glare at me the entire time as I walked past her and began to board the plane. I didn't say anything else to her, just smirked.

One of my biggest things about flying is that I hate having to board late or having to switch flights usually as I feel uncomfortable usually having to climb over people's laps or having to inconvenience them in standing to let me sit in the seat next to them. However, luckily this time, it seemed that the seat next to mine was blank.

I was so relieved and started thinking that maybe things were starting to look up finally today but just like earlier, I jinxed it by a few moments after getting situated in my seat by the window, I heard a familiar annoying voice.

"Well this must be my lucky day." The asshole from earlier smirks at me as he takes a seat closest to the aisle leaving the middle seat opened between us. At least I could create a barrier between us.

"Oh my god. You couldn't be sitting here." I tell him.

He laughs a little and then buckles himself up before looking back at me.

"I am. So deal with it." He tells me with a smirk and wink.

"Whatever." I roll my eyes and start looking out the window.

Damnit, this is gonna be an interesting flight for sure........NOT!
