Tris's POV

It's been few hours since we approached the train and jumped on it. It is dark outside, very gloomy and the sky full of clouds except for the moonlight that shines against the train cart. Slivers of moonlight scatter across Tobias's face while he is slumped up against a few crates. I scoot closer to Tobias's sleeping form, seeking warmth in the chilly night. I snuggle into Tobias's chest, snaking my slender arms around his torso. My eyes shift over towards the others, Cara is up against my brother Caleb, with her head on is shoulders, while Zeke and Shauna are practically tangled within each other, and Marlene has her head in Uriah's lap while he is slumped against a crate. Christina is sprawled across the floor with Lynn as well as Tori. My eyes drifted to Tobias as I smile softly at his sleeping face. I find myself staring at his face, he looks so peaceful almost like a whole new person. After a few minutes or so, I decided to go back to my slumber, letting darkness take over.

The sunlight peaks through the train door, blinding me when I first open my eyes. I feel Tobias's fingers run through my short blonde hair, his touch is soothing. Our eyes meet finally and I smile warmheartedly as he pecked my forehead gently with his soft plump lips. I hear the sound of gagging as well as a scoff, I glanced in the direction they came from. Lynn scoffing at Christina's gesture which made Cara laugh. I notice that everyone is awake now, guess I didn't get the wake up call. I groan softly before snuggling more into Tobias's side, my face heating up while the others laugh jokingly at how timid I was being, must be the Abnegation in me. "How long till we reach the end of this forest?" Uriah asked.

"We should be there by evening," Cara said, "We just passed the view of the Abnegation sector."

"How did you know it was Abnegation?" Uriah cluelessly asked.

" I was a former Erudite, y'know born and transferred so I know my sense of direction and time" She said with a hint of arrogance in her voice.

I stood up, stretching my sore limbs before glancing out through the train door. The lovely view of the trees and bushes as well as the grass blurring together as the train zooms past, seems as if I am in a simulation, that nothing is wrong with the world. That all of this will go away as soon as I wake up, my parents will still be alive, and Will would be too. The attack on Abnegation may not have happened. Tobias and I could of had our happily ever after, but instead I am Divergent which means I am dangerous.
I'm pulled away from my thoughts as I feel a hand on my shoulder, I glance back and see Caleb. He has dark circles under his eyes, and his eyes are bloodshot, probably from crying so much. Our parents death had taken a toll on the both of us. I pull him in for a hug and gently rubbed his back; as he did the same for me.
"It'll be okay," I mumbled under my breath.
