"Injunnie!" A voice yells which causes the brunette to pause, turning around and grubbing the sides of his hood tightly. Through the heavy rain he spots Jaemin making his way towards him, holding a large umbrella over both of their heads. "You walking home?" He asks and Renjun replies with a simple nod, letting his hood fall thanks to the shelter the umbrella provided. "I'll walk with you so you don't get wet, did you not know it was gonna rain today" Jaemin laughs, slinging an arm around Renjun's shoulder as they begin to walk.

Renjun can't help but look at Jaemin's hand which rested against the crook of his neck. "No I didn't" he laughs nervously. He wasn't use to skinship.

"Well it's a good job I did" Jaemin smiles, looking over at the brunette who returns it.
He was desperately trying to keep up with Jaemin, there was a small hight difference but Jaemin walked pretty fast thanks to the extra inch on his legs "Why haven't you been sitting with us all week? We miss you!" He sounded almost whiny but the small pout on his face causes Renjun to laugh nonetheless.

"I was sitting with Jisung, he's in the grade below us, our parents are friends" he says and Jaemin nods in understanding, pulling Renjun closer to his side when he noticed the elder moving from under the edge of the umbrella.

"Why don't you bring him to sit with us?" He asks, wiping a few stray raindrops from Renjun's hoodie. "We're friendly"

"You are but he's pretty shy, I know he'd be fine once he joins us but I guess he still needs a little time" Renjun explains and Jaemin nods.

"Maybe I'll join you tomorrow, he might feel a little more comfortable if he meets us one by one" Jaemin turns his head and smiles at Renjun, their faces a little too close and Renjun panics, stepping back and falling backwards into a puddle.

Oh well this was great.

"Renjun! Are you okay?!" Jaemin was quick to hold his hand out to help Renjun up, stifling his laughter as best he could.

Renjun took his hand, mentally bracing himself for the cold...but it doesn't come.
His eyes scan Jaemin's face and bright smile.

Had he seriously just confused Jaemin for Jeno? God he was stupid.

"Thanks" he mutters, letting Jaemin help him back to his feet. In a weird way he was more mortified about the fact he was more use to holding a ghosts hand than an actual human beings than he was about falling into a puddle.

"What happened? I was keeping you close so you didn't get wet but look at you now" he laughs. It was true, Renjun was drenched from head to toe.

"I-I tripped, I'm pretty clumsy" Renjun laughs nervously, quickly moving away when realising Jaemin was still holding his hand. "I'll um, walk ahead, get home quicker and get changed" he says, not even bothering to pull the hood over his head.

"What about the umbrella?!" Jaemin yells "you'll get wet!"

The comment causes the brunette to roll his, turning back to Jaemin and forcing a smile to his face "bit late for that"

As soon as his bedroom door was shut, Renjun was quick to peel off his wet hoodie and tugging off his drenched skinny jeans.

"Woah this is a nice view" a voice says and Renjun jumps a little, turning around and pulling his T-shirt down a little to cover his boxers.

Jeno was sprawled on the bed, sending Renjun a wink as his eyes roam downwards. The brunette sighs, turning back around and opening his drawer, pulling out a pair of sweatpants and dry T-shirt. "I don't even care, stare whilst you can" he mutters.

"Oh I will" Jeno laughs as Renjun bends down to pick up his discarded wet clothes. As soon as he stands back up he gives the ghost a glare. "Get caught in the storm by any chance?"

"Actually no" he admits, cringing at the memory of what happened "I was walking home with this guy from school and we were sharing his umbrella and we were too close...I panicked and fell" he sees the amused smirk appear on Jeno's lips but he waves him off "don't laugh, it was a traumatic experience" he brings his arms up to wrap around himself, eyes focused on the wooden floor beneath his feet.

They were both quiet for a second before Renjun feels a shift in the room, noticing Jeno had moved to stand in front of him. "You're shaking" Jeno points out and Renjun only wraps his arms around himself even tighter.

"Yeah, because you're near me" he mumbles, weakly pushing Jeno away.

"Come on" Jeno holds out a hand for Renjun to take. The brunette looks up at Jeno and then back down at the hand, his brows furrowing as he takes a step back. The ghost scoffs a little "I'm not gonna do anything bad, now come on" he moves his hand forward a little until finally Renjun takes it.

He lets Jeno lead him out of the bedroom and across to the bathroom, watching as he locks the door.
"What are you doing?" Renjun asks as Jeno walks over to the bath, turning on the faucet.

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm running you a hot bath because I'm a good friend" he smiles and Renjun tried his best to hide the faint smile that made its way onto his own lips "I also don't want you catching a cold" he adds which only makes Renjun's heart leap ever so slightly "now you gotta get over here and pick what bubble bath you wanna use, why do you have so much?"

The boy laughs a little, placing his clean and dry clothes on the closed lid of the toilet before moving next to Jeno who was looking over the different scents of bubble bath.
"This one" Renjun says, holding up a jasmine scented one. Jeno was quick to take it from his hands, pouring a generous amount into the tub.

Once it was finally full, the ghost turns off the faucet and looks over at Renjun. "Okay, don't even think about getting out of that bath until you're warm okay? I will not have you catching a cold" he says pointing a finger "your dad is still at work and your mum went out, I'll make you a hot cup of coco for you when you get out"

Renjun stares at the ghost in front of him, not even being able to hide the smile on his face. Jeno shoves a towel to his chest and Renjun takes it, watching as he disappears and the temperature in the bathroom rises, the mirror finally able to fog over due to the steam of the hot and bubbly bath water.

He sighs a little, not liking the odd feeling in his stomach. He tries not to think about it as he removes the remainder of his damp clothing, climbing into the warm bath.
