I get the hang of only using one sword while talking to the god who is going down a list, and I mean a fucking list of spirit beasts, that I would be more than happy to have.
"Okay, how about this one!" The crystals spread out again and start glowing, soon enough owl-like, death-like, griffin-like creature is materialized into the world and my jaw just drops.
It's adorable!!!!!!!!!
I feel my eyes sparkling as I marvel at the adorable creature. Pure white feathers with black bone-like ends on the wings, beautiful black claws and horns, green eyes, a fluffy face, and a sharp beak.
"Well I guess we found your match then!" They laugh, probably enjoying my reaction but I don't really care. All I can think about right now is how much I want to hug it!
The beast tilts it's head and looks around curiously. Then it eyes the crystals. The creature stares at my crystals for a short while then it looks at me.
It crouches or lays down, I can't really tell, and scratches the ground just in front of itself. I take it as a sign to go over and pat it's fluffy face, making sure to avoid the eyes.
"Oh, you are just so cute I might die! I bet you're fast and strong too!" I rub the spot just above the it's beak then hear a thumping noise. When I stop, it stops and when I start again... Omg it's wagging it's tail!!!

I cuddle the side of this creature's face. "Should I name you? What should I name you? I Don't even know how old ya are! Please be my life partner~" my love for cute animals almost always shines through everything else....
The creature nudges me with it's beak and makes a very high pitch bird sound. For some reason, I feel like I can understand what it wants to say.
"Okay! So.. lemme think... In this world my birth name is Kira, so how about I name you Kai?" I hear the thumping of his tail and he lets out a cooing noise. "I'll take that as a yes! It's nice to meet you Kai, I'm May, I hope we get along!"
