Yeah, so uh, I fell asleep for the night and I feel like I missed a hell of a lot, buut whatever. We get to go shopping now!

"Ooo, look at this one, May! Isn't it lovely." Iroh pointed out a fancy looking tea cup and of course I have to check it too.

"Yeah, the design on it is simple and delicate. I guess a sweeter tea would fit more with this design! Let's buy it!" I pick it up and Zuko instantly snatched it out of my hand.

"Why are we shopping at a time like this!? Do you really need more tea cups, you have an entire collection!" He shouted, but I'm not really listening since I'm already moving on with my Uncle to see what else we can buy.

"Uggh you guys are like children!"

I roll my eyes and wave at him. "Zu, I am a child, the same age as you. Chill out we're just having a little fun!"

My uncle and I laugh together and just go on with buying whatever we want. Something really did catch my eye at the market though. It wasn't anything exravagent, but I thought it was nice. A charm that would look beautiful in my dual katana. It's a shame we really aren't shopping for me.

I did stare at it for a while, but I didn't even pick it up, just left that stall to go to the port. Of course, Zuko nagged us nearly to death when he saw all the things Iroh and I bought. Mostly Uncle since, I have no money, and therefore I have no actual choice in what is bought.

Really, Uncle was supposed to be looking for a lotus tile for whatever game he was playing with the ship crew member, buuut the rest of the stuff is good too I guess.

"May, there's another shop over there! Let's go!" Iroh grinned as he walked Zu and I over to the pirate's boat. I out my hood on, since I don't like the idea of being sold in the black market, and started looking around for anything interesting.

"May, look at this one! It would look wonderful on the ship." Iroh showed me a monkey statue with rubies embedded into the stone.

"It's kinda creepy... Looks cursed or something.." I poke at the creepy little thing, then put it back on the shelf.

"This monk. Did he have an arrow on his head?" Zuko went up to the two pirates that were talking and I could instantly tell this would be a problem.

I sigh and just wait for the chaos to unfold, just as Iroh told me to go back to the ship and wait for them.

"Why should I? I don't want to, I need to be with Zu in case he gets himself into more trouble."

Iroh shakes his head and gave a hearty laugh. "It's already late. We'll be back come dawn. Now go tend to your arm, there's no doubt that it's bothering you at this very moment.

Damn old man... He always knows everything, but that's one reason why I love him.

"Fine, fine... If you guys need help, call Kai, okay?"

"We'll do just that, now run along, don't let them finish the game without my lotus."

I out a smile on my face and gave him two thumbs up. "You got it!"
