(Kathrine's P.O.V.)

We've been fighting for too long. Way too long. Astrid seemed to be on the verge of death once again. My mana was quickly depleting; Percy has only cut the beast a few times and stabbed one eye. Somehow, there was a majestic figure Astrid had supposedly summoned towering in front of the pissed-off spider. I saw glimmering spears and shurikens, floating. I heard Astrid scream in a commanding tone. What's happening? I'm hurt. It hurts. What hurts? My head is out my body; I'm floating in the air. I heard a rumbling sound from behind me. I saw a tidal wave coming in. Then suddenly, water everywhere. Blue. Blue. Blue.
Then black.

My eyes shut tightly, a reflex I never knew I had. I'm out of mind; I can't think straight. I was suffocating- chocking on something salty. Everything hurts. It hurt more. My wounds. They stung. I screamed gurgles and bubbles. Water. Water. Salty water everywhere. I could feel it tugging on my body, moving me along with the tide. I plugged my nose. I have to get out. I can't hold my breath for any longer...think, me. Oh, primal instincts, please kick in. Forget the questions flooding my head- try not to die first. What do you do...what- gurgle. My head was in a daze. 'Survive. Survive,', it chanted.

"Quicker than a cheetah, than the sound of light. Quicker than a human eye can see. Lightning Flash!" With my last breaths, I mouthed these words. I didn't think. I didn't plan. I just did. I focused, ignoring the fact my lungs were failing me. I ignored my confusion. I ignored me worry for everyone else. I dashed off into nowhere, eyes still shut. Air. Air. I need air. I need air or I'll- inhale.

Oxygen. I painted heavily, wiping my eyes. They were in pain- the saltwater had manage to get in, irritating my precious retinas. I'm so confused. My wounds, although now cleaned, were a giving off a pained shade of red. I looked around. The grass on the ground is completely wiped out clean, the trees still stood strong. Behind me, there was a gigantic spider, knocked out and on its knees. Some ravens lied on the ground, dead or unconscious, while some seemed to have flown away, leaving void black feathers behind. I sighed in relief. I survived. Time to find Astrid and-...!

Astrid! Where is she?
"Astrid!" I called, although it came out more as a whimper. She must be tired...she must be hurt...
"Kathrine!" I heard someone shouting behind me. A few meters away, Percy was kneeling over Astrid's body. No. No. No.
"Astrid..." I panted out. "What happened?"
"She's just unconscious, but her pulse is fading." Percy stated. He was obviously trying to hide his panic. His wounds, his scars, his bruises; they were a violent shade of purple and black. His expression- it was worried. Shocked. On guard. Somehow, I can feel something telling me to be alert.
"Magnus! Clint! Tiberius!" I screeched. Help. We need help. I looked at Percy.
"Where're the old people?!" I questioned, referring to the Elders.
"I don't know!" Percy threw up his hands. Clint and Tiberius were running over to us, Magnus lagging not so far behind. "I know a way to contact the them- check if Clint And Tiberius can help."
"Yes sir." I saluted. I watched as Percy dashed off into nowhere. I turned to the other three- they all looked exhausted and half-dead, most especially Magnus. "You look like you're about to pass out..."
"Air. Air. Air." He chanted back. He was much paler than the two others.
"You two look much better." I admitted.
"We have potions." Clint vaguely answered.
"I see..." I nodded slowly. "Back to topic- Astrid needs help. Fast."
"Where is she?" Tiberius inquired. I pointed to her unconscious body on the ground.
"IS SHE DEAD?!" Magnus screamed. Caws echoes through the forest in reply.
"No! She's just out!" I reassured, although I was telling it mostly to myself.
"Is she still breathing Clint?" Tiberius inquired. Clint had rushed over to Astrid and was holding his ear to her mouth.
"Yeah." He nodded.
"It's best we don't heal her with magic. This is for the better- she's already exhausted herself." Tiberius explained to me. Clint was in the background, fixing Astrid so that her back would be flat on the ground. He pushed her legs up to her chest. "The magic would just shock her system and I doubt she'd go back to rest once she wakes up."
"Where's Percy?" Magnus poked in.
"He said he knows a way to call the Elders." I said. "He went that way."
