(Kathrine's P.O.V.)

The information about the Elders can wait for later. I'm in Operation: Moe.
"Ship, ship, shippidy ship!" I gleefully hummed as I skipped into Astrid and I's room. I don't know how and I don't know why but it felt like the two of them being together was something I've just been secretly waiting for. And in a way, I felt almost responsible for this whole thing. Like it's something that has happened before- there was a pang of familiarity. I just can't put my finger on why. I shook my head, clearing out my thoughts, and proceeded to the door. Upon, entering the room, I locked the door behind me with a satisfying click and took a quick look of the room. It was like a hotel room and seemed surprisingly modern. It's most definitely not something you'd expect in a unused room situated in a underground cave. The floor was made of a light colored wood, birch I assume, and stone walls. Before me was a narrow hallway that seemed to lead up to the bedroom and a bathroom to the right of the entrance. I continued towards the bedroom was I spotted two beds, a 2-seater table, and a wild Astrid, slightly awake and groggily wiping her eyes. For some reason, she immediately dropped into her bed upon setting her eyes on me, covering her face.

"What did Percy do?" I asked casually, fighting the smile tugging on my lips. "You seem...odd."
"Uh...he...I don't know!" She flustered. "I...was...unconscious!"
"Just woke up? You wake up at the most convenient at times, don't you?" I raised a brow as I sat besides her on her bed. "Why're you so flustered then?"
I attempted to seem as casual as possibly but I couldn't hide the tinge of excitement in my voice.
"Percy just said...take care." She pulled up her act, looking me in the eye. Her expression went from 'I-need-actual-help-please' to 'that-guy-is-like-so-ugh'. She could be an oscar-winning actress right now. "Then he told me I was an idiot for tiring myself so much and causing him trouble."
Her tone seemed so convincingly disgusted. I sighed. I should just watch for now. "Sure he did."

I jumped over to my own bed, almost sinking because it was so soft. "This is what I like."
"Right?" Astrid rolled around in her bed, looking almost relieved I quit pressing. "What happened while I was out?"
"Oh...Percy just found a way to contact the Elders. I'm gonna go back out to get information on who and what the Elders are." I explained.
"Who'll be there?"
"Everyone." I stated.
"I think I'll pass." She waved off.
"Astrid Astrea passing off the opportunity to learn something new- and here I thought I'd be arguing with you to not come so you could get your rest." I giggled. She turned bright red. I wasn't really sure if it was because she was embarrassed or furious at the fact I mocked her.
"Ah-! I'm just tired!" She countered.
"Uh huh..." I brushed off. "Really?"
"Did you hear it..." She grumbled, taking my clue. I tilted my head in guilty innocence as my lips curled from a confused frown to a victorious smirk. "You did...of course you did!"
"Hear what?" I tried, but I couldn't stop the giddy grin and the little malicious giggle that came after. I stood up, ready to leave, and did a peace sign at her. "Sorry?"
She rolled her eyes at my unapologetic tone, her face completely red. "Apology never accepted."
"I don't need your forgiveness." I huffed. "You will be undergoing thorough investigation on this topic later!"
"Whatever." She snarled. Before I could dash off, she grabbed my wrist.
"Do you remember it?" She inquired, almost desperately. "What happened in our 'original' life?"
"I feel like I do...but I don't." I frowned. "You?"
"Not as much as I want to." She sighed, letting go of my arm. "Tell me everything you hear."
"Hai, hai! (T/N: Yeah, yeah!)" I scuttled off out the room and head over to the other's room.

"Open up! Open up! Open up!" I chanted as I knocked on their door. I heard someone approaching the door and it swung open. A jolly looking Magnus looked at me.
"What?" He asked, grinning. I caught a glimpse of Percy's lightly blushing face in the background.
"What's happened to him?" I questioned in a abnormally loudly to make sure Percy hears. I did a discrete thumbs-up to Magnus.
He gave me a thumbs-up back. "Doesn't wanna bother with you're infinite questions probably." Our whole squad lied as naturally as we breathed.
"C'mon! Tiberius and Clint are doing the explaining, not you!" I whined. "Hey!"
"Fine, fine. Whatever." Percy revealed himself from behind the wall, now calm and reserved. "Hurry up and call the others."
"Astrid's...resting." I gave Magnus a quick glance and he nodded in understanding. "Can we go already?"
"Yeah, yeah." Percy rushed past me.
"Wait up, mom!" I mocked. He scoffed but otherwise ignored me, walking to the neighboring door. He banged on it three times.
"Hey! Sassy guy and other guy!" He called out. Percy and Astrid are quite incredible in keeping their facade. What else do those two hide... "Heeeeey!"
I sucked in my breath. "Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! He-"
