Days were quickly passing by and Ava felt more like herself each day. After hanging out with either Ash or Noah for a month, the Auburn haired boy decided it was time to fix the relationship between Ava and Sydney. So he texted Sydney to meet him at a cafe near his house and brought Ava with him. Sydney had no idea why the boy all of a sudden wanted to grab coffee with her but figured what was up as soon as she saw the blonde girl sitting next to him.

"What is this?"

"It's me saying I'm sorry for being a total bitch to you."

Sydney suspiciously looked from Ava to Noah and back to Ava. She never before heard Ava apologize to anyone for anything and she wasn't entirely sure just how sincere this was but after seeing Ava's eyes and the look she was giving her, Sydney couldn't do anything but smile.

"Well, I forgive you, you little ass."

She hugged the blonde girl and Ava hugged her back, as happy as ever. Then, Sydney sat down and they caught up. Ava leaned that Syd had been dating this Nolan dude for months now and found out just recently that he had been cheating on her this entire time so she went and hooked up with his best friend which really fucked him up. And they broke up a little over a week ago. Sydney also told her that ever since Ava pushed Noah away he wouldn't shut up about just how much he missed her and that made Noah blush super hard whole the girls were noth laughing. The entire cafe shop turned to them at one point when Sydney was telling them both what Nolan said when he found out. The dude was a total shitbag.

"This was so fucking fun. I missed this. A lot."

"Yeah...I missed it too. I'm sorry again."

"No problem girl. I know you were going trough a lot of shit and all but like I told you then...I'm always here just a call away if you need me but I will not tolerate you acting like an asshole towards me. So I took myself out of the equation but there are no hard feelings. I know that if I wouldn't be such a fuck up and would actually date people I would be in love with I'd react the same way and i wouldn't be mad if no one would want to around me. Like, I'd understand. So I got why you acted the way you did but I just didn't feel like being around that so I walked away but would still be there if you decided to talk to me instead of being mean."

"Yeah...I get it. I still don't get how you stuck around for so long Noah.."

"Oh he'd stick around for an eternity if needed wouldn't you now Noah?"

Again, the boy blushed but shrugged.

"I don't know. You are my best friend and I just...I don't know. I just wanted to help you. But Luke was right, unless you wanted help no one would have been able to help."

"I know, I know...thank you. Both of you. For still being my friends even after all the bullshit I did."

"Always and forever Ava. I promise."

Sydney put her arms on Ava's and so did Noah.

"Always and forever."

"Yeah...always and forever."

The three looked at eachother and everything was peaceful and great. Like a lot of moments in Ava's life in that period were. Things were just falling into place for her and she couldn't be more happy about it then she was.

"Well I need to go buttt...I need to talk to you Noah first. Like alone...nothing big I just have to...umm...you understand right?"

Ava nodded and walked outside to wait for Noah. She was spending the night at his place and he was her ride so she couldn't exactly go anywhere. She sat down on a bench and waited while the other two were talking.

"When are you planning on telling her that you like her?"

"Not now. Or ever if possible."

"Oh come on Noah. You'd be great for her."

"Yeah, I am great for her. As a beat friend. She needs those now."

"She has me and Ash and Luke and even Calum and I'm sure she'll gain more."

"Yeah but she is so fucked from Michael that I don't think she really wants a boyfriend now."

"Oh come on...it is literally torture for you."

"I am willing to suffer forever if she's happy and alright."

"Not fair. You need to live for yourself as well."

"And I am. I love spending time with her and I don't want to fuck everything up so just leave it at that. Please Syd."

"Fine. Whatever. I'm just saying sooner or later you're gonna have to tell her or you'll have to get your hormones under control."

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"You blush everytime someone even slightly implies anything regarding your relationship with her. Can you imagine what your face will look like once someone inevitably asks if you two are a couple or something along those lines? You'll look like a fucking boiling tomato and everyone will know what's up, including Ava. And I guarantee you it is much better if you tell her yourself then if she is outed and slammed with the news like that."

"I'll consider it for sometime in the future but with now, my feelings for her are the last thing she needs. She is just starting to feel like herself again and I don't want to burned her with anything more."

"Your choice I'm just saying it will backfire if you wait to long. Now I gotta run. See ya soon lover boy."

Sydney winked and left the shop. It took some moments for Noah to cool off and then to go and see Ava.

"Ready to go?"

"Yeah totally. Can we just stop at my house for a sec so that I can pick up some things Ash said he bought?"

"Sure. Get in the car."

Ava flashed him a big smile and got into the passenger sit while Noah just tried not to think about how cute she looked when she smiled. And now that Sydney brought it up, he couldn't stop thinking about just how much and for how long has he liked her.
