Tobias x Tris

Chapter 8

Tobias POV

Tris and I finish the tour and then have the rest of the day off. We go home and I decide to surprise tris with a movie night.

Tris POV

When we get home Tobias tells me that we are having a movie night so I go in and change in my clothes Incase I fall asleep. I walk out of the bathroom in a pair of sweats, one of Tobias' T-shirts, and I pull my hair back to keep it out of my face.

"What did you pick" I asked him excitedly.

"Well I was sort of thinking the fault in our stars" he says with his eyebrows raised and he has a grin on.

"You know that movie is kind of sad and depressing ,right?" I ask.

"But it's also a love story" he's still grinning.

"Fine but I warned you" I say.

"Okay" he says and I sit down on the couch next to him and curl up in his lap. I lean my head on his shoulder while he plays with my hair until the movie starts.

"Hey that girl hazel kind of looks like you" he says and stops messing with my hair.

"I guess" I say with a confused look on my face.

"Just saying..." he pauses for a minute, " but I could never love her as much as I love you right this moment" then he kisses me on the head until I turn to look at him so he can kiss me on the lips. We kiss for a few minutes until "Tobias" I murmur under my breath without pulling away.

"What?" he says and he moves up to my temple.

"I kind of want to watch"  I say.

"Okay" he says.

"Okay" I say and watch him grin. "Oh so you have been paying attention" I say with a laugh.

"Yeah" he says and guides my head back to his shoulder and he continues to watch.

The movie finally ends and I have to calm Tobias down and stop him from crying before we go to bed.

"What if that happens to us" he says with his breaths shaking.

"Tobias, do you hear your self. First of all, neither one of us are sick and second of all, THEIR FICTIONAL!!!"

"Oh yeah" he says and starts to laugh and then sneaks a kiss on my cheek.

"I'm good now." He says and he lays down first and I curl up in his arms and we go to bed.

Tobias POV

I wake up in the morning to a fully dressed Tris trying to wake me up.

"What time is it" I moan a little.

"Time to get up" tris starts pulling my arm and almost gets me up.

"Fine" I manage to croak out.

Tris POV

Finally I get Tobias up and we walked down to the training center to set up for fighting today.

"Are you going to demonstrate or should I " Tobias looks at me.

"How about we both do" I stare straight back at him with a smirk.

"I know what your thinking and NO" he gives me the same look he gives me every time I ask him to fight me.

"You're not going to hurt me" I tell him trying to get him to fight me.

"But I can and I just don't know what I would do with my self if I hurt you" He's still giving me the look.

"I'll let you do what ever you want to do to yourself if you hurt me. I won't argue, you can do what you need to do" I'm not giving up till he gives in.

"That's the thing, you won't tell me if I hurt you, you'll just pretend that you're ok" he knows me to well.

"Please, you won't have to ever again. I promise" he looks like he's about to give in.

"Fine" He says, " But if I hurt you I'm moving out" I start feeling nervous. What if I get hurt?

"Tobias" I stare him in the eye.

"No buts, it's either we don't fight or we do fight and if I hurt you I move out" I start to get worried. What if he does hurt me?

"Fine" I say.

I hope he doesn't hurt me because there's no way I'll be able to hide it now.
