Chapter 17

Tobias POV

Tris has been out for a week. The medics said that she's been in a coma and there is only a 30% chance of making it. I cant help but blame myself. I know she wouldn't want me to but I'm the one who hit her.

"FOURRRR" Uri has been visiting and by visiting I mean he has been here A LOT. He starts waving his hand in my face.

"what" he finally stops waving his hand.

"she wouldn't want that" He starts to shake his head.

"I know, I know, but I HIT HER!! NOT YOU!! ME!!" I'm screaming.

"calm down" he starts to rub my back.

"BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP" I hear Tris' heart monitor.

"Tris," I grab her hand in mine. It's so lifeless. I run out of the room. I don't know how where I'm going.

I end up in the training room. I spot one of the guns and hold it to my head.

Tris POV

I hear the monitor go. NO this cant be it. I'm only 17. I cant go. Four will only blame himself. OH CRAP. he is going to kill himself, "you die I die" I remember. I see the darkness trying to sweep me in it. NO, NO, IM NOT LEAVING, IM NOT LEAVING HIM.

I hear someone else walk in and say something to Uri. I heard Tobias sprint out when the monitor. I feel Uri grab my hand and squeeze it. I have to. I try so hard to squeeze it back.

"Did you see that" Uri felt it. Thank god.

"Chris go get four" They both leave and a Uri gets a doctor. I manage to open my eyes a little and that brings on the pain.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH" I'm in so much pain. It feels like I'm on fire. There is only one person I need to see right now. Tobias.

Christina POV

I un through he entire compound. I stop when I get to the training room. I see four he's standing up right with a gun. He mumbles something to himself and BOOM. he shot it. he shot his side. Maybe I can save him. I call the gang to help me pick him up. It takes four of us to get him to the hospital.

Tris POV

Tobias has been out of the hospital for a week. He feels so bad for stabbing me on accident, trying to commit suicide, and not being there when I woke up (even though he was unconscious). Uriah is having a party tonight to break the tension we earned when me and Tobias almost died.

I decided tonight I would wear a short dress with a built in bra since things are tense so we wont make people go out of our comfort zones with dares.

We finally make it to Uri's and he opens the door.

"TOBIAS SHE'S HERE!!" Uri is screaming and Chris kicks him in the shin for being so loud. I laugh a little I don't blame her he was pretty loud. I watch Tobias sprint to the door and stop right before the corner. I think he is trying to seem not so eager to see me but I don't mind. I watch him turn the corner and try to slowly walk to the door.

" oh, hey Tris" I cant help but burst out laughing. he looks at me confused with his eyebrows curling. I walk by him and whisper in his ear " I saw you sprint over here and try to play it cool" bye then he's laughing and we take our seats. Tobias and I are sitting on what I think is foot stool, Marlene, Shauna, Zeke, and Uriah are all sharing the couch, Chris is sitting on Will's lap on a chair, and Lynn is by herself on a kitchen barstool. Every one is making out besides me, Tobias, and Lynn.

Finally, Lynn clears her throat and we start.

"Since it's my house I go first" Uriah yells and then Zeke and him start fighting about who's house it is because they share it.

"ok Chris candor or dauntless" I say while I smirk at Zeke and Uri. Zeke flips me off and Uri tells me how I going to regret what I did and that I shouldn't have done that during a game of Candor or dauntless.

"Candor, and don't even say it Uri" She glares at Uri.

"Pansycake" I hear Uri mumble under his breath.

"Ok ummm,, how did you feel when my heart monitor stopped." I just wanted to bring it up so everyone knows that I'm okay talking about me dying.

"I almost passed out, I couldn't prosses it. Ok Uri- " Uri cuts her out as usual.

"DAREEEEE!!!!!" he yells on the top of his lungs. Then the neighbors bang on the wall and tell him to shut up.

"I dare you to drink one bottle of hot Sause" She smiles at him.

After 10 minutes of him panting and drinking we finally get back to the game.

"OK" he smirks at me. "You know the question Tris" he says with a slur in his voice.

"Dare" I say plainly.

"well I dare you to play seven minutes with Eric," OH CRAP. I'm wearing a dress with built in bra. I cant quit this early and I cant take my dress of with out well..... I look over at him and I see fear in his eyes.

"MUAHAHAHAH, YOUR NOT WEARING A BRA SO IT"S EITHER GO PLAY WITH ERIC OR -" I cut him off.

"fine" I mumble and everyone looks surprised except Tobias.
