Mia's POV
I looked over at Jackson once my leg was fully healed. He wasn't moving, apart from his eyes, he gave me a worried look. He was breathing of course but he was still.
"Now, Mia, since Jackson isn't able to move at the moment, I would like you to follow my orders." He said sounding a little annoyed. I started to shake, i could feel my ears go back, afraid of what he was going to say.

"Now, I want you to sit down and relax, the collar that you've got on will take some of your blood and DNA, you'll only feel a pinch." He said. I continued to stand, I looked over at Jackson who was giving me a sad look. After about 20 seconds I sat down, waiting for the pinch he talked about. After a few seconds I felt the small pinch, squinting my eyes I kept my eyes on Jackson. Is Jackson okay? I thought to myself.

"Good, your all done." He said, I looked as the door opened and a person in black walked out. He came up to me and somehow undid the lead and dragged me with out the door. This was humiliating, I was being walked like a dog. I continued to walk until we came up to a different room, inside there was a sort of nature room, bigger than the other room we were kept in originally, there were dog bowls full of food and water, a few trees, dirt, leaves and even grass. Though this one didn't have a toilet like the last one. We walked inside before the person dressed in black Unclipped the lead and ran out of the room, closing and locking it behind him.

The room was a lot bigger than the other one, but it was the same temperature. The room that Gorge had us in just before was warm, but this one was cold, although I couldn't feel it as much due to all the fur. I walked over to the food and water bowls as the leaves under my feet, well technically paws, made crunching sounds. It kinda looked like they were trying to copy the natural habitat of a wolf, but on a much smaller scale. The room was a square shape, with probably 30 metres on each side estimated. Our last room was only about 5 metres and was all concrete.

I walked over to the bowls, the one on the left was filled with water and the one on the right, raw meat chunks again. I took a drink before finding a nice spot under one of the trees and curled up into a ball. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Jackson's POV
One of the people took Mia out of the room, leaving me on my own. After a few minutes I was able to move,
"Good, your up. Now I want you to just sit down and relax while we take some of your DNA. If you do it without any fuss, I'll let you stay with you friend." Gorge said. I didn't want to do what this man said, but I had no choice, I wanted to be with Mia, i wanted to make sure she was okay. I slowly sat down and waited for the pinch, once it was over someone came out of the control room and walked me with the lead to a different room.

I walked in and then they closed the door behind me. The room was a lot better than the other one, there was trees, grass leaves and green. A colour which I loved. I walked in further when Mia jumped on me playfully, like she was happy to see me. She was still in wolf form, but at this point I didn't care. I rubbed my face against her shoulder, as a way of hugging each other, Mia did the same.
We both laid down underneath a bright green tree, curling up underneath and closing our eyes.

I opened my sleepy eyes and walked over towards the water bowl, taking a big drink before taking a walk around the room. I was still in wolf form so I had to walk on all fours, but I was getting used to it. Mia was still sleeping underneath the tree and was also still in wolf form. Although I knew that we could switch between the two, I still didn't really know how to. We were still wearing the collars from the other room, and frankly, I didn't like it one bit, but I couldn't get it off.

I walked around the room a few times, before I attempted to shift back to human. I failed the first few times before it finally worked. I was still wearing my maroon shirt and jeans, but I was barefoot. The cold made me shiver, as I tried to warm up. I sat underneath the tree that Mia was under as I tried to get the collar off.

Mia's POV
I awoke to the sound of movement, I looked up to see Jackson, in human form, trying to get the collar off. He looked frustrated, I wouldn't blame him, I hated this collar as well. I yawned as I stretched, gaining Jackson's attention.
"Sorry if I woke you." He apologised. I walked next to him before sitting down as a way of saying it was okay. I touched his arm with my head, his skin was freezing. I flinched back, looking at him with worry. He noticed it and looked at me,
"Don't worry, as soon as I get this stupid thing off I'll turn back and warm up." He said. I knew that he would never be able to get it off and would just freeze to death. I nudged his arm as he continued to try and get it off.

"Fine" he said sounding annoyed. He shifted into a wolf a cuddled up to me before we went back to sleep. For some reason we were both pretty tired all the time, kinda like a puppy is.
