This chapter has a lot of blood, gore, and cursing

Peter walked the streets of New York with a simple blue hoodie and jeans. His hood was up and his hair had been a mess under it. But one eye - the left one - had been covered up by his hair.

It would be a normal day, except it wasn't.

Nobody was on the streets of NYC. Not even in the alleys. There were basically no more alleys. The sky was a light grey from all of the smoke and clouds. Peter walked among the rubble, frowning. His eyes were sunken in and he looked like he was definitely not okay.

(Peter's POV)

Please.. don't do anything. I-I don't want this to happen.

The streets of NYC are now covered with rubble. I was the cause of this mess. But that's okay. I just have to face them. They aren't bad. They're just smart in a way you'd least expect.

Oh, one's coming now.

Never mind. They're all here. No matter.

I stop as I hear mechanical whirring and steps behind me.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" I hear Tony Stark's voice.

I chuckle. They're so naive. "Nice to see you again, Tony Stark."

I smile uneasily and look backwards, the hair still covering my eye.

One by one I see shared horror filled faces come into view by each Avenger. They look traumatized.

PLEASE DON'T HURT THEM! I'LL DO ANYTHING YOU WANT, JUST PLEASE LET THEM GO!!!

I ignore the screams. I don't care.

There's blood splattering every limb and part of my body. Especially my hands.

"Oh my god, Peter..." I hear Natasha say.

"People change, Natasha." I simply reply turning around all the way.

"You're not the real him. He's not like this." Steve says, his jaw clenched.

"Wow. I was told that this little group was smart. How did you figure it out so quickly?" I say, tilting my head slightly and placing the tip of my right index finger on my right cheek.

I go on, "If you want your precious little Peter back, you'll have to fight for it."

The Avengers put on outraged expressions.

"You can hear him scream and beg in this comm." I say, putting the comm on speaker.

"PLEASE! I'LL GIVE YOU ANYTHING JUST LET THEM GO!" They hear Peter beg through the comm.

I then plummet backwards and land onto a pile of rubble. It seems Tony has blasted me back. My shoulder is in a lot of pain. But I'm sure it's a lot more pain for the little brat that is Peter.

They all hear a quiet whimper of pain coming from the comm. I start snickering.

"What are you doing to him?" Steve demands.

I look up at him with a smug expression lingering on my face. "I'm not doing anything. You are."

It's short, but I'm making a part two that'll be longer.
